BPTP — Mutation

I am the third owner of flat no b-304 bptp resort sector 75 faridabad, at the time of registry bptp office provided a verification chart in which it shows no fd amount but at the time of mutation they are asking to pay 325000 as fd against VAT which is totally illegal and they are not doing the mutation without it.
