BPTP — Online payment of Electricity Bill - 161416

Address:M-11, Middle Circle, Connaught Circus, New Delhi - 110001

I have been trying to pay my Electricity Bill online both through web portal and paytm, but am unable to do so. This is because it is not recognising my Customer Code - 161416.

Further, my mobile number has also not been updated, it is still showing [protected] and not [protected]. My mobile number is [protected].

Please help me to pay my bills online.
Also please rectify my mobile number.
