Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [Best] — inflated electric monthly bill despite reduced consumption wadala branch

Every few months, best electric, wadala branch seem to be falsely inflating monthly electric bills.

Dec 2018 to today, 29th jan 2019 is winter and the load in my home has reduced, as not been using the acs and other heavy load appliances. Yet the monthly bill seems to be increasing! Why?

Best wadala this is my 3rd and final complaint to get your procedures correct, else will be compelled to launch consumer case with forensic audit of your books, something seems really very fishy with wadala branch!

Let the courts decide then and i shall claim last 15 years of such rubbish cheating, with 12% compounded interest and mental harrassment, every few months!

Would appreciate your LEGAL response to my complaint, especially Wadala Section, WHY inflated monthly bills every time?

Am planning to bring in Forensic Auditiors to check your Wadala Branch books.

I thank you for your Corrective Action and adjusting the ERRORS made by your WADALA BRANCH OFFICE.

Please find attached NEW BILL reflecting the same.

I trust there are some PROFESSIONALs in Wadala Branch, or are they upto some 'monkey' business, as every FEW months, I need to remind you of their erroneous ways?

Please advise, as have contacted my Consumer Lawyers and we are standing by to bring on FORENSIC AUDITORS to check records for SELF for last 20 years, how much amount has been 'cheated' upon by your Wadala Branch Office.
