I recently purchased your company product Good-Day Biscuit Pack weight 75g, Packed on 15/02/2015, Lot No. A021519, buy Dt. 18/05/2015, when we opened the pack and served to our honourable colleague, we were surprised to find that a human/animal hair entangled to a biscuit, due to which we had to face unwarranted situation in presence of our guests. 3. We have lost our trust to purchase your products any further.
