[Resolved] Britannia Industries — Unethical behaviour | |||
Hello Sir, I have been into Food product distribution since 1996 and supplying Britannia biscuit along with few other brands like parle for more than 16 years. We are supplying to more than 40 clients and among them, around 10 clients are whom we are closely working with. We are also among the top 10 Britannia distributor in Chennai. However, in recent times, the new Tamilnadu GM is trying to take over my clients whom I've acquired over many struggles for years. We are also denied any supply recently and your GM is supplying my clients, directly through DPR Agency. I now feel like I have been betrayed. I have brought business for Britannia more than Rs.x and this is how we are been treated. And I still don't get the point of spoiling business with my existing clients rather than acquiring new clients.
