First local operator merged with GTPL, then pushes customers to buy SET TOP BOX, now. Issue is neither GTPL care executives / nodal officer nor local operator taking responsibilities to fix STB in time & resolving the issues faced by customers. Indians are born to suffer by big talkers always. Have filed complain already in consumer court (Grahak Suraksha) for not delivering STB even after 3 months till now. They (C.C.) suggest compensation amount would be Rs. 35000/- due to customer harassment, inappropriate reply, not delivering exact product (which sited on GTPL.net i.e. Cisco DVB -3410) & bad quality of service given. They (C.C.) calculated the amount 10 times to paid Rs. In advance. So, Please get all your receipts from Local Operator mentioning GTPL name on it & filed your case with Consumer Court. For whom not using GTPL services advice to them think 100 times before being a customer of GTPL...

    Hi,

    It seems a dictator is doing this business and there is no proof of payment and very poor service by GTPL.
    Several times we suffered and still suffering. I don't understand why they don't get the get this courage to
    to make suffer the customers.

    I request a very serious action on them asap.

      Dear sir,
      We are regular customer of gtpl and paying rs 1800 per year. Now in december 2013 our renewal call for rs 3000/ i.E.250/ p.M. As price and service tax levied on. We ask for receipt and provide cheque. They refuse to accept the cheque and receipt.

      Our connection closed from dec.2013. Again we call for payment and agree to pay cash without receipt. But he demands 2 months charges even service has been closed from dec'2013.

      Is it right for a consumer? Your action in this matter will be appreciate.

        I am a customer of GTPL, This is to inform you that I am having GTPL TV cable services in Nagpur, Maharashtra. My Setup Box Detail is as under:

        Sir, I am facing lots of problems, As my setup box is not displaying any channels and many time I try to call on GTPL customer care no. (joke for Customer) i.e.[protected] and its not connecting, I think it is just to make fool to customers.

        I called to my cable operator and according to him GTPL is not providing me regular service.

        It very true that GTPL has very bad service response to its customers. Some action to be taken on against of GTPL and my cable operator. Every month he takes payment and after many reminders he not provides me any payment slip.

          - there is a condition in that form which say the set top box will be always the property gtpl, so the cable operators are collecting the money about 1200 (Approx) on the name of set top box for which purpose?

          - they dont give any receipt for purchase of set top box.

          - i paid rs 1200 and get gtpl's set up box but no body give its receipt.

            Concerned Authority, I am Saurin Jani from 3 Aastha Apartment, Opp. Sharnam 11, Ramdevnagar, Satellite. I have GTPL connection from about last 3 years. We enjoyed the channel service until Nov 2012. Then the problem started. Though settop box was installed, there was no certainty in channels being received. Service provider in the area named Jigar Patel promised to solve the issue by saying that there was a problem in settop box. So he took over the settop box in Jan 2013 after we had paid for the whole year in advance. Since than we were able to watch channels for about 20-25 days and after that not a single channel. We had called him numerous time to come and solve the problem but he delayed and refused by giving excuses. This continued 2-3 months. Still we have not channel service and settop box though paid full. Do resolve this issue as soon as possible.               Dear Sir, I have subcription from SHREE DADA NI Krupa Television cable operator in surat. i cant watch cable due to there is error in subcription. i contact my cable operator MR. Kamlesh (his no. [protected]) for solve this problem. but he doesnt recieve my call or call back since last 30 days. i talk to GTPL customer care they said that my documents are not submitted. but i have already submitted my documents to my cable operator before 2 months ago. after that i contact surat branch office on [protected] but this phone is not working. please resolve my problem. also the cable operator mr. kamlesh doing not his job properly. this problem was occured many time with me and my other villagers who has subcription from this cable operator. he only come to rent collection not for problem solving work.. please do needfull...

                Dear Sir, we had done many complain to GTPL for the speed issue. we have taken 10mb/ sec plan with limited downlode up to 60 gb. in first week we have done many complain for the speed issue. every time their executive com at our place and check the speed and reply us give you feed back whiten day but it didn't come. I have complain dept head. Mr. Vikrambhai (Surat Branch) for refund my amount. They said its prepaid plan and refund is not at all possible at any stage. presently our account have 5.5gb approx downlode b'coz of speed check. we had give him lots of time to resolve the problem but still clarity is not their.                   hi, I am living in randesan i.e. in gandhinagar(gujarat). Its near kudasan village and city pulse is beside our society. My set up box card no is[protected] My set up box for channel is not working from last 2 months. I have contacted your customer care for so many times but they say only one thing that you have to contact your cable operator. I have called our cable operator so many times but he tells me that company doesn't listen to us so now you have to change the set up box. I told why to change bcoz my set up box is in a working stage. When i saw that no one is taking interest than i directly went to your sabarmati office but and told them the problem firstly they told me that you have to contact the cable operator. I told them that i have contacted him so many times but he has never come to see it. After so much discussion i told him kindly atleast check the set up box. Than lastly he was ready to check. After checking it he told that set up box is ok but the box is not entered in our area so you are not able to recieve the reception. He told i will mail everything to our main office when they reverd me the mail than only you will be able to see the reception. I asked him when it will be possible than he told that i also don't know that. After that one or two days after i saw a message in my tv mentioning that the card in unauthorized. Again i contacted the customer care but the same answer contact to cable operator. Than i called up the cable operator than he just told me on the phone that the customer care is misguiding you. If i will also try than also you will be able to see the reception only for one month. than again your reception will be lost. So i than asked him that what's the solution to that. Than he told that you change your set up box. I told him why should i change the set up box bcoz its working. Than he told that its company policy. But i have looked at so many homes that same set up box is working. And i have also contacted several cable operators they also said that company doesn't have that policy. So now i have understood that my set up box is not having such problem but its the cable operator and your company who wants to harress the customers. In this case i think if you don't look in to the matter than i have to take certain steps to compalin in appropriate authority. U can reply me on [protected]@aol.in

                    Customer id - 2820194 at jamnagar
                    Almost since last 1 month gtpl has stopped airing star sports channels including (Earliest espn).

                    The header will show channel number and channel name but no picture. We had opted for gtpl as they were providing all channels. We missed 3 f1 races due to this.

                    On trying to contact - gtpl the phone is never received.

                    The local office has stereo answer, the problem is from ahmedabad and the service will resume shortly.

                    Please let us the the exact status. Whether the services will be resumed or not.

                    Also other channels like topper is aired.

                      Dear all, I am from Bhavnagar - Gujarat. I have purchased GTPL cable tv pack with rupees 1200/- (one thousand two hundred only). My GTPL account number is 3040139 which was activated on 22-Sep-2013. We were not able to watch GTPL cable tv properly and visited our local cable operator from which we purchased the GTPL cable tv pack. Neither our local cable operator nor GTPL officer visited our home and not even entertain our complain seriously. We are very much upset with such type of foolish and negligible service.                         Since 17th October 2013 evening, I am not able to view any channels via my GTPL set top box connection. On almost all channels, I have the message - "This service is blocked(4)". We have logged in a complaint with GTPL since 18th Oct, and the complain ID is 124693. However, my issue is still not resolved. Today, I have been following up today entire day, and still my issue is not resolved. I am just told to keep my set top box on and the issue will be resolved in 30-45 mins, but it has been almost 3 days!! In the evening, I was told that my set top box was mixed up with someone else and so accesses were cutoff. Finally, I was told that tomorrow morning, someone will come to physically check the set top box and it will take at least 2 more days. I am deeply dissatisfied with this treatment. Also I get no reply or engage tone on the toll free number - [protected].

                          Would like to inform u, that there is serious negligence happening from your costumer services, from 3 days been facing internet problem its getting on and off showing 678 error, i called twice to your "so called" customer care number your officer twice sure me to send your technician to solve my problem, But sadly its been 3 days none of step taken from your side, Been using zilog wife, before and previously using idea dongal i was fed up with those connection problems that's why i choose your GTPL, but there is seriously negligence goin on in your customer care services too, because there is no "care " at all. Now its connected after my so long hours try, is this your customer services level??????so i[censored] cant satisfy your customers with good quality services should not boast. you will loose your loyal and punctual customers like this...good bye

                              Sir,

                              I have GTPL channel at my home. It was not working 15th Septmber 2013. I complaint 3 times than its recover. After recovering 5 mins. one guy came for payment , I said atleast I will have to check weather its proper working or not then I will pay the money. Now they block my channels, & they are replying very very rudely & said that you have to come at our office with the set up box then we will reply you. I am ready to pay money but once my channel will start then only. I called up minimum 14 people regarding this they only play a game with me.

                                  Hello Sir/Madam, I have purchased GTPL set top box worth rs.1100 before 5 months ago, at new connection time service providers ask for monthly charges of rs.200 and after 2 months he told us that cable charges is increased so new charges are rs.250 / per month and after 1 month he told again charges increased and new charges are rs.280 / per month. So my query is that in actual these charges are increased month by month or service provider cheated us? Please help me regarding this matter. Thanks Chander Maheshwari

                                    We have paid the amount of Rs 1000 /- to our cable TV operator - Mr. Taresh, 15 days ago to start the GTPL TV channels on our TV set. He had kept the digital box at our residence the same day but the channels are not being started so far. In these about 15-18 days, we have called up our operator about 20 times on telephone. Every time he promised us to come but neither take action nor bother to come to us to check the problem. We want to complain about his poor service to the consumer forum, and want the money back along with the fine due to the trauma that we are getting since last 15 days due to his misbehavior.                                       GTPL Broadband — problem in broadband connection

                                      I had fill up the form for broadband and paid the 1655 for 6 month before 23 days[protected].

                                      First I call to Anandbhai([protected]) and He sent the sales person Ashishbhai([protected]). I paid the amount and he said me with in 2 -5 days your internet connection will be started, then after i called again three time to ashishbhai and every time he said me after one day your internet will be stared, then after i call three times to Anandbhai and he said please give your name i will call you with in one hours but never he called me .

                                      Please give me the solution above issue. if you have not possible then please give me refund.

                                        I have Broadband Connection of GTPL. i have 512 Kbps Internet connection plan. for the first month i got speed but later i am not getting speed as my plan when i file complaint at 18-July-2013 they solve it at 29-July-2013 but after next day i face same slow speed problem... they can not do anything about my problem...

                                        Personal — slow speed of broadband and can not attach attachment

                                        I am using Broad Band internet connection of BSNL at Nadiad Dist. Kheda Gujarat.
                                        BSNL is saying that it is of 2 mbps speed but I am getting half speed and though I can not attach even 1mb attachment after trying for 30 minutes.

                                        GTPL Broadband — Financial problem

                                        When you will refund my money (6 months rent o[censored]r boldly switches and Hub )
                                        If you are failed to return, I will start marketing of your (GTPL) Company with free of cost for the rest of my life.

                                        Broadband — broadband speed

                                        my portal id - sha [protected], port- 190 , my plan UL 499 is the speed very low . Actual speed below 180kbps( under checking by bb speed test) this plan offers 256kbps. please correct my connection speed

                                        512 kbps broadband connection — status of application to broadband

                                        inform status of Subscriber Enrolment form No.RBLR0003238, status report requested to mob no.[protected] through Sms or by call.
                                        As I have no other choice in my area for better broadband. Others already told me In Gandhinagar GTPL has so many disconnection Complains... But I have no better option available at my area.

                                        i[censored] are thinking to take new connection I request u please Do not Think about it... Go For Dongle... 3g is best option...
