Reliance Internet — daily 2 hours 15 mins internet Shutdown

Using Service For More Than 7 Months
But I have Problem...

In My Area Powercut is 2 Hrs Daily (Whole Year) Daily I Won't Get Internet For 2hr 15min , i have raised more than 50 complaints regarding Frequent issues... but theres only one responce : " we have battery backup issue , we will resolve it soon as possible & we will not let this happen again "

They Are Noobs In Fibre Internet
