I, Senior Citizen, write to inform you that it is observed from the itemised call details onetime charges relating to “(1) Hungama Movies on
Demand (2) Hungama Music on Demand (3) Hungama Games on Demand” of monthly telephone bill referred to above, a sum of Rs.347/- is being charged against the Telephone Bill since December 2013, which is not at all used till date. The position has already been informed to the BSNL Authorities to Deactivate the Hungama from the above Telephone bill, which has not yet been deactivated.I compliant so many times informed the support.[protected]@hungama.com there was no reply and responsible to me, kindly make an arrangement immediately.

I was informed that a letter to the effect to be furnished to the Customer Care at Chromepet for further action.


It is, therefore, requested that the ‘Hungama on Demand Services’, may be Deactivated immediately, from the above telephone no, and the
amount for Hungama purposes already charged from me, which was not used till date since December2013, may be adjusted against the Telephone Bills in future.
