Tata Indicom — MISLEADING AND CHEATING CUSTOMER

I AM USING DATA CARD 'TATA PHOTON PLUS" [protected] PROVIDED BY TATA TELE SERVICES. 30 DAYS BACK MY DEVICE STOPPED WORKING DUE TO TECHNICAL FAULT, IMMEDIATELY I VISITED THEIR STORE NEAR HANUMANTHNAGAR, BANGALORE FOR COMPLAINING ON THE SAME. THE EXECUTIVE OF TATA TELESERVICES ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT AND CHECKED THE DEVICE AND INFORMED ME THAT, THE DEVICE HAS GOT SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM WHICH CAN BE RESOLVED BY OUR TECHNICAL TEAM AND ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL RAISE A COMPLAINT AND THE TECHNICAL GUY WILL VISIT ME PERSONALLY WHEREVER I AM TO CORRECT THE DEVICE, BUT TILL[protected] NOBODY HAS VISITED ME OR CALLED ME TO CORRECT THE DEVICE BUT, I WAS RECEIVING THEIR CALLS ON PAYMENT DUE. ON 9TH EVENING I VISITED HANUMANTHNAGAR STORE PERSONALLY AND INQUIRED ABOUT MY COMPLAINT, BUT THE STORE IN CHARGE/EXECUTIVE RELUCTANTLY ANSWERED HE CAN NOT ATTEND THIS ISSUE NOW AS HE WAS BUSY IN PAYMENT COLLECTION AND ASKED ME TO COME ON 11-03-13. BUT, I HAVE INFORMED HIM THAT, I AM TRAVELING THE NEXT DAY TO KERALA SO, I WANT CLARIFICATION NOW BUT RUDELY HE HAS ASKED ME TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE. IMMEDIATELY I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BUT, SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT, THERE IS NO COMPLAINT LODGE ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WANT TO TAKE NEW COMPLAINT. I AM GIVEN NEW COMPLAINT WHICH THEY ASSURED ME THAT, THY WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE BY[protected]. ON[protected] I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE TECHNICAL TEAM AND HE SAID HE CANNOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS MY NUMBER IS UNDER TEMPORARY SUSPENSION DUE TO NON PAYMENT, BU I EXPLAINED HIM I HAVE NOT PAID THE BILL DUE TO PROBLEM IN MY DATA CARD BUT, FINALLY ASKED ME TO VISIT DOCOMO STORE AND GET NEW DATA CARD BY PAYING RS.750 WHICH WILL BE REIMBURSED ON FUTURE BILLS AND I INQUIRED WHETHER THE STORES ARE OPEN AS IT WAS SUNDAY HE SAID YES IT IS OPEN. SUNDAY ON[protected] i CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AT AROUND 4 PM TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE DOCOMO STORE, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME THAT, THE BASAVANAGUDI SHOP WILL BE OPEN AND GUIDED ME TO GO THERE TO GET A NEW DEVICE

TATA Indicom — misguidence from customer care

I AM A POSTPAID WALKY CONNECTION(2 YEARS RENTAL FREE PLAN) HOLDER SINCE 22ND DECEMBER '07 . AS PER THE ASSURANCE OF CUSTOMAR CARE I HAVE ADDED A ADDITIONAL PACKAGE OF 500MB FREE USAGE OF INTERNET AT THE COST OF RS.350 PER MONTH EVEN THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT I CAN CONFIRM MY USAGE STATUS IN MB IF I SEND A SMS TO 121 THAT BILL DATA. BUT UNFORTUNATE LY I AM NOT GETTING THIS INFORMATION . NOW I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT MY UNBILLED USAGE IS RS. 248. I WANT THE THE DETAILS OF MY VOICE CALL AS WELL AS THE DATA USAGE BUT CUSTOMAR CARE ARE MISGUIDING ME .

TATA Indicom — Regarding Misguidance/cheating by Tata Agent.

Dear Sir,
Tata Indicom agent did fraud with us by saying that "We have an offer for old Tata user for new mobile handset of Rs. 198/- so we have accepted their offer by verifying them properly for any hidden cost of it. They assured us that there is no such hidden cost on it. After few days later, we got our Walky landline telephone bill where we shocked to see mobile handset installments for 11 months included on it. This is pure misguide and fraud by Tata Indicom to their consumer by saying differently and act differently on ground level. We did a lot of complaints in this regard to their Nodal Offices through e-mails but no such action has been made so far so, I am writing to you now for further help against Tata Indicom.

TATA Indicom — Misguidance and Cheating by Customer care.

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. That i am using Tata indicom nos. [protected] and [protected].

2. That i purchase a special offer scheme 1947 in the month of Aug'09 on 21st or 22nd Aug. in which i was told by the tata customer care that i will get full talk time and also other benefits like my tata to tata call rate will be 00.19 paise and on other network call rate will be 00.47 paise per minute for period of sis months and at the completion of scheme time(six months) my remaining scheme balance will be transferred in the main balance if any i.e if i left with any scheme balance out if 1947/- the balance will move to main balance and will be charged as per normal call rates.

3. That i got it reconfirmed the abovesaid details by tata customer care after purchasing the scheme and they confirmed the same.

4. That on 21st Feb'2010 my balance was more than 1200/- and 1000/- in my nos. respectively.

5. That I got shocked when i check my balance on 23rd Feb'2010 when I got to know that I have left with NIL balance in both the abovesaid mobile numbers.

6. That again I call tata customer care on 23rd Feb'2010 and this time I was told that my balance was forfeited by the company as 1947 scheme was of such type in which no balance is carried forward at the completion of the scheme time and also he refused to give phone number of Senior official or transfer the phone line to senior official. Then again when I call customer care after 20 minuets i had a talk with some mr. Mohd. Movin he told who told me that my balance money transfer is under process and the same will be transferred to my account in a day or so but nothing has been done till date.

7. That I bought the same kind of scheme in the Aug'2008 for a year and at that time my remaining scheme balance was transferred in the main balance.

Kindly make tata indicom to return my balance in both my mobile nos. i.e 1200/- approx. in [protected] and 1000/-approx. in [protected] respectively and order tata to pay the exemplary compensation of Rs. 50,000/- each for both the connections separately to me for causing severe mental strain, agony and harassment faced by me because of the acts and deeds of the Tata indicom.
