In first week of June 2013, I applied for New connection at YOU-Broadband. Their representative visited our home and checked Feasibility and concluded that there is feasibility for new connection and collected Rs.2440/- on 12/06/2013 and gave a Receipt with number 462151. The connection should come in a week. But as on 22/07/2013 there is no response from them. I raised many complaints to their call centre they are saying that the connection will be given in 2 days but it was not happening. When i contact their representative who collected money, he is saying that the cause for late is due to lack of cable.
