Hello Team,

People are dumping garbage near Shalini school Lingarajapuram . Since it’s a residential area . Garbage collectors have told people to dumped there so that they can accumulate and take it .people are dumping the garbage which is resulting in mosquitoes, foul smell residents not able to bear the smell which is arising sickeness.kindly take action

This is to get into your notice that dry waste is not being collected on regular basis.
Also many times entire road dry waste is collected, but our house dry waste is left as it is in our place which is not acceptable after paying them every month some amount(which is not supposed to pay) without fail.
Still this happening and for weeks together we have to keep our garage inside the house.
For our area they are supposed to visit every Tuesday and Friday which they fail to come and they come as they wish!

Pleased kindly take strict action against it!

Far the past 15 days no one is coming for garbage collection in our area which is 1st main 5th block HBR layout Bangalore 43 nearby neo supermarket and the bbmp helpline number is dead complaints mobile number is switched off kindly resolve the same

I am residents of 2nd Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore. Close to Ashoka Pillar.
I have been observing for past 1.5 years that there is not Garbage collection 3-wheel auto come for collecting and the Marshal is not allowing to throw at where the lorry used to pick the garbage everyday.
There should be a complete process of separating wet and dry waste at the source(Home) it self and should not accept the plastic cover.
Everyday i see that thousands of plastic is being thrown at one junction and which is bad for the environment. If we continue do this one day we may have to live, eat, sleep with plastic and die in plastic itself.
Without a proper collection, process and destroying of wastage we will be in big trouble and future generation will suffer.
So i kindly request BBMP to act on the above issue and bring some process and bring light in the lives of second highest tax collection city of Bharath.

This is to bring to your kind notice the torture good citizens of your city go through.
We have a small garden which requires an occasional trimming may be a couple of times in a year. To dispose-off the cuttings the garbage collectors create situations where we are required to pay them a bribe running into hundreds of rupees. This morning I took out the initiative of bringing it to the point of collection near Harihara Gudda from where such garden waste would be picked up. However the marshals promptly came and charged me a fine for littering. The regular garbage collector has, in the past, told that there is a separate lorry to take away such garden waste and only they have to take it away. Till then the bundles would have to be left on the road. This may take weeks and months. In the meanwhile esteemed public will start dumping all sorts of things on and around the bundles and it becomes even more unbearable. We have gone through this several times and finally took it upon us to bring it to the place from where this big lorry can take it away and got a lot of free advice and a fine to pay. They say you come to our office that is never open and phones that keep ringing but no one picks up. You know the drill. It really is very disturbing and unfortunate. If you seriously want to help the citizens, please do some simple things:
1. Have a place where we can bring such garden waste at some prescribed time and deposit it.
2. More difficult: Ask the garbage collectors to give proper information and stop seeking ‘consideration money’ for transporting a bit of garden waste which is very occasional.
3. The so called ‘Engineering department’ in the area does not even have a board! The employees of this division are never visible except where there is some quick buck to be made. If by chance you get to meet them, they will make so many excuses and somehow make it our mistake that we want to have a small garden at home. Ask them to be a little bit public spirited.
I do hope that you will listen to some helpless people who pay their taxes on time, want to have neat and clean streets as well as homes and live in peace.
incidentally when I explored on the net, I found that the concerned officers name was Ravi Kiran and upon asking him, he simply said Wrong Number! His number is on BBMP list and I found that the number answers to Ravi Kiran on trucaller. That's the redressal route available to the citizens.

There is huge amount of debris lying around uncleared by BBMP beside our apartment. They were dumped while tarring the other roads assuring that they would clear it off at the end of the work. But once the tarring was over -they left it as it is and now it has turned into a huge garbage pile. If you could clear up this vacant plot and install few waste bins so that the nearby houses may not throw the garbage in the empty plots it would have been of great help. The site just behind our house is vacant with with noone to supervise. The neighbourhood houses dump the garbage and used beds which has become a breeding ground for mosquitos. We are deeply affected with mosquito menace. Please look into it asap.

Dear sir there is a garbage disposal in the locality in front of the houses due to which all those garbage are getting into the houses due to wind and there is disposal of Alcohol bottle also, so we hereby request you to clear the garbage and take necessary action against the miscreants disposing the garbage

I am a resident of Doctors Layout, KasturiNagar, Bangalore.
I want to to bring t2 major issues to your notice:
1)) the road sweepers sweep the road and dump the leaves, mud, garbage under the tree in front of my house. They say it is not their job to lift it and clean it.
The leaves are now wet after rains, it is rotting there. It is become dangerous to walk there. Snakes are seen there. The cleaners are not ready to clean it. Plz make arrangements to get it cleaned.

2)) The road sweepers are very irregular. When I ask them why you did not come for so many days - they say 'do you think your road is the only road we clean?'. They are very arrogant.

Any talk with the sweepers, they start fighting. Is there any timetable for the sweepers?

I request you to set an order/timtable of work, so that we know when they will come to clean. Plz arrange for getting the leaves dump cleaned.

Waste is dumped by few locals in an empty plot in Amarjyothi Layout, Hebbal (BBMP Ward 21).
The plot in opposite park and next to site no.12 Amarjyoti layout.

There is a Vacant site in Hoysala nagar, 8th main, 9th cross. Lot of big rats have dug into our drainage and pipes are broken. Many people dump garbage here. Request you to please take action. Owner s not reachable.
Landmark: There s a shop next to the site, corner site.

Sir, lot of vehicles are parked on street which is creating nuisance of people urinating and dumping of carbage. I request you to place a no parking and a warning signs to stop dumping of carbage. This stop spread of disease as the summer heat will agravate the situation o[censored]nhealthy living condition. Kindly look into the mater and request you for a speedy action.

It is becoming extremely difficult to move through the neighbourhood. Without dogs charging at you that too without you instigating it. Late evening or night is rather difficult when 4/5 dogs charge at you.

Would request that some action be taken on it.

Dear Sirs,

It's been months, NO action taken.

We would like to bring to your notice that the storm water drain in BDA layout, Narayana Nagar 2nd block, Doddakallasandra is filled with slush and debris, it's not been cleaned for years and might cause storm water overflow and inundate surrounding areas during rains. And all sewage lines in surrounding areas have been directly connected to this SWD blatantly, the emanating stench from the drains is making lives hell. And this is an open drain.

SWD fence has been demolished more than 6 months ago, people are blatantly dumping garbage and its has become dangerous too.

Also, we have been observing that the emanating stench from the drains is coming out horribly in the evening around 5-8 pm, maybe due to adjacent factories' waste coming to drain at that time we guess in our residential area.

We request your kind attention to this matter and help cleaning the SWD and solve the stench problems.

I have sent a number of complaints and emails on this. But NO response or actions till now.

Wet Garbage Collection is not being collected.

There is no garbage collector for the wet waste coming to my area. He comes just once a week. My area is 2nd cross, hal 3rd stage, new thippasandhra. Kindly make sure he comes atleast alternative days. I'm unable to clear any garbage

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am staying on the 4th main, 2nd cross, Munuvenkattpa layout Nagawara (PIN 560045).

For the last 6 months, the Garbage collector vehicle is not coming into the cross road (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th cross )of the colony. they just came to the main road and from there only they blow the whistle and wait for a very few min and left.

due to that, we missed many times and some time not able to hear the whistle as well.

Required please take action on this, make them collect the garbage from door to door.
