BSNL — Amount deducting without no reason

I am ported from tata docomo to bsnl 3 days ago . When i am switch off and switch on the mobile automatically 3 rs deducted from balance this happens 3 times in 3 days . In my mobile there is no mobile tracker and no service message settings but ur dseducting my balance . I am using bsnl in 2nd slot . When i am using tata docomo and telenor in my mobile no balance is deducted when i am ported to bsnl my balance deducting . Give my money back.
