[Resolved] Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. — Construction of Oakwood Villas delayed by 4.5 Years

Hi, I had booked booked a villa PLOT NO.G/6/0102,ANSALS API- SUSHANT GOLF CITY (Oakwood) in Oct 2008. I took lpan from HDFC and they fully disbursed the load at time of booking. Till date construction has not started on the villa and there has been no update from Ansals as to when posession will be given. I have been paying full EMI to bank since last 4.5 years. If I try to reach out to Ansals official, they are of no help. Please help how to sort out this issue.

Its been 2.5 years since i last submitted my complaint and till date the scenario remains the same. The construction has not started and the land seems to be blocked by some villagers and ansal is fighting for posession . I am totally disappointed with this builder.
