[Resolved] Road Construction — complaint | |
Respected Sir/Mam, I m Priyanka, an engineering student. i would like to know is there any provision for the middle class family to make complain and fight for there rights against the wrong going on with them. it there any law made so that these constructors can face the punishment and found of penalty. see we are from middle class family, there are many problem we are facing by the construction done of our house. there is leakage from walls, leakage in the pipeline, walls are peeping, the plaster of parish falls down, there are many fissures/rupture all over the walls. my dad is in great tension because of this. he is feeling helpless. please suggest me the legal action which we can take to get rid of this as soon as possible. i will be very thank full to you. The road which are constructed in Kanpur ward 74 gaddiyana was already fully passed but some reasons like corruption between the people involved in construction and some power full people which don't want to make the full road which was passed earlier. So we want to make full road which was earlierly passed

Hi, I am vikas, there is hole in road on dantal road towards when we enter in ram Kumar gate in kankerkhera meerut u.p, this I seen from last 7 years nobody repairing this exact location near nagar nigam office dantal road kankheekhera meerut 250001.
Hello, , I have purchased a pipe during road construction. But due to improper work of labourers it has broken but they are still not brought the new pipe. I want that road construction stop and after getting a pipe it should be started.
