My name is Vipin Kumar
I financed a bike from Bussan Auto Finance and my Loan no- TW004INR00813680
I have paid all my emi's and the loan tenure is completed no principal amount is due from our side
But We got call from Bussan Auto Finance to pay some charges amount. the amount is 28000/-
But my financial condition is not good to pay this amount.
I requested you to please give waiver in this amount.

        BAF's agent is telling that NOC despatched from last month but have not received from agent end.

                  This is in regards to your below mentioned request, We would like to inform that your loan was closed and we have started Online HP termination for your location and also you will be informed regarding the same via SMS on your registered mobile number There is no need of NOC, you can download your RC from M-Parivahan and generally this process takes maximum 7-10 working days.

                          All EMI’s have been paid on time and from last two months your customer service is saying that NOC is dispatched. As far as I know my address is of this planet only and not mars that Noc is taking months to reach at my address. Last emi plus amount for NOC was paid in FEB 2024 and was told that it will get delieverd within 15days. So kindly send the NOC within next 2 days.
