Noc letter not received after submission

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have submitted and cleared all balanced against my FZ's loan amount. But we did not get NOC against the same till dated.
BAF's agent is telling that NOC despatched from last month but have not received from agent end.
Kindly consider our urgent need to despatched
NOC again it not done please.

      Bussan auto finance NOC against two wheeler loan

      I have submitted and cleared all balanced against my FZ's loan amount since 02.06.2014. But we did not get NOC against the same till dated.

      BAF's agent is telling that NOC dispatched from last month but have not received from agent end.

      I have paid all my emi's and the loan tenure is completed no principal amount is due from our side
      But We got call from Bussan Auto Finance to pay some charges amount. the amount is 28000/-
      But my financial condition is not good to pay this amount.
