Hi, I’ll go to consumer court for your laid back services and wrong information reporting to Cibil department. I had a signature mismatch and that’s the reason I started paying you manually at the time of pandemic. How irresponsibly have you mentioned a bounce of 3 months to cibil dept. Also it’s been a month I am running for NOC and I haven’t received it. Your offices are shut and all information and addresses mentioned in websites and google is misleading. If you don’t resolve my Cibil remark and don’t provide my NOC by this month I’ll file a case against you for not maintaining the minimum standards of an insurance firm.
