Please refer my complaint number : B[protected]. I have purchased an electric kettle SS Body1.5 L, model RAPID 1.5. After one month of purchase, the product stopped working. I visited the nearest service centre RK Service centre GT road, srikakakulam, Andhrapradesh. The product was handed over to the service center. Even after 10months of my patience I couldn't get my kettle replaced. But hardly could get a product replacement note with a date of approval, 07/01/2021 BGMAL/190221/30232. I have been disguised and disgusted with the service. I haven't faced such a worst and pathetic situation from any other company in my 45 years of service.May be It's a matter of 700 INR, but it's more than the matter of attitude. I have wasted hours of my time in calling your customer care, visiting your service center and every time I have been paid deaf ear. It's purely a negligence of service and hurts the Igo of a reputed person. Hoping a quick resolution Was this information helpful? | |
