I am Sachin Telang. I have ordered a mobile (HTC One V) on 6th may 2012, order no. is BTP435118 and I have made the advance payment (Rs.16800). They promised me that they will give my mobile within 5 to 7 days. But 15 days passed I didn't recieve the mobile. Every time they fool me by giving some reasons and now-a-days they won't pick up my calls. I request you please help me. Waiting for your response ..

I had ordered a IPad's screen overlay from Buytheprice.com site through online. But the product which was delivered by them is more than a year old product as well as seem like used.

Since 15 days I have communicated several times with them through email (Ticket no: 12714) but till now they are not agreeing to replace the defect item. Also, I have tried to call them on [protected] with in working hours several times but it says “All the executives are busy right now.. please call after some time”. Now, the phone bill become more than the product price.

Can you please do the necessary actions on them for this and return my money back from them?

i purchased a IFB microwave Oven from www.buytheprice.com and paid on 07/02/2012 from my ICICI Bank Net banking.

Now 10 days passed but they not shipped anything. and even not send me any info.

I called then 3-4 times they said they will check and call me back before 6 pm but i never received any call from there side.
yesterday she said that the product is not available thats why they are searching for the product. and its delay. and yesterday also they not called me back. even i raised a ticket on there site i not received any reply from them. if the item is not avaiable then how can they sell that on there website and still the item is available on their website. check the below link

i want to take these people to consumer court and make such sites shut down who cheating with customer.

They are just taking money from customer and not providing items. and not even inform about product update.

Your site says you are selling NIKON D3100 for a price of Rs. 27250 . On enquiring with the customer service on the 21st november it was out of stock ,i was lucky not to make a payment . Your site still displays it as a hot product. On consulting various complaints site i found that that you good to bad review ratio is 2 to 9 , very pathetic. Number of complaints suggest that your actions can be prosecuted under IPC SECTION 420. You are requested to change your MODUS OPERANDI ,an, appropriate word for you .

On June 30th I have ordered American Tourister Bag E2 Duffle 65 and within two day they send American Tourister Bag E1 Duffle 65. Then I informed about the product mismatch and they were apologized to me. I returned the product to original designation and after two days I followed up with them and enquired the product mismatch, they told both are same. As per their website and American Tourister website both are different and they tried to cheat me. This online shop is not a trust worthy.
So far i didn't get the my money refunded.

I placed a order on May 2011 for a samsung refrigerator on there website.

Order id : BTP80340. Now, thing is they call me three days latter that they dont have a fridge in stock and offer me something that cost 16,000 instead of 11,000 rupees as the product was listed.

I said that I didnt want that one, they are ready to refund, but only after one week.

THEY SIT WITH OUR MONEY AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF IT. THIS IS THE SECOND ORDER IN WHICH THE ORDER WAS DELAYED. I THINK THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES WHO ARE INTESTED ONLY IN EARNING MONEY OUT OF IT.

I have ordered one whirlpool refrigerator (genius royale 180lts) to www.Buytheprice.Com on 2nd of may 2011. I was expecting it to reach in 5-6 days as per website claim. After a week I followed up for the delivery they told me that they are trying to contact a dealer in nasik (where I am residing) and it will be delivered day after tomorrow. The fridge was not delivered and from than I continuously contacted them for delivery. After one week the delivery was made by bothra electronics at nasik but the fridge which was delivered was an inferior model and was received by my wife who was not aware of what was ordered. The product which was delivered was having some whitewash and paint marks at bottoma nd looks a bit old if closely observed.In evening I contacted bothra electronics and buytheprice.Com as well and informed that the product delivered is different from what was ordered. Cs executive console me that the right product will be delivered next day and u need not to worry. Next day when I contacted bothra electronics he told me that he will receive the original order product from aurangabad and will be delivered in evening upto 7-8 oclock. The whole day elapsed next day was sunday and when I contacted bothra electronics he told me it will be delivered on monday evening. Monday I tried to contact bothra he was not picking up the phone. I contacted buytheprice they replied they contacted bothra he is out of station due to the death of his relative and product will surely be delivered tuesday morning.
Tuesday morning when I contacted buytheprice.Com they said they contacted bothra and he is denying to supply the product and mine order will be cancelled on my written request and money will be refunded. Till now regularly I am contacting both bothra and buytheprice to pick up the wrong product and refund my money back. Either they are not picking up the phone or saying not to worry.

This is to inform you that till now the product sAMSUNG GURU e2152 purchased on 28/05/11 is not delivered to me, inspite of my repeated mail and also asking to to give me the docket no of the aremax courier,you did not provided me the consignment/docket no, which show that still you have not send me the product but practing fraud, lies and unfair trade,
But you never felt that due to your continues lies you will certainly leave a very negative and bad impact upon the customer mind. anyway it is my unfortunate that I buy from your site, firstly you did not send the product samsung guru E2152,which i have purchased from your marchent site , secondly upon my repeated request by email and calls you told me that item will be picked up and the original purchased item will be delivered on 03/05/11, when i did not find any delivery of product to address by your courier, i repeatedly email you , but you never bother to answer any mail, once i got your mail as below that my purchase item is send on 04/05/2011 since you always lies so did not gave me docket no, which shows of your malafide conduct and unfair trade practice
That since few day upon my repeated your courier aramex your told me that the buytheprice is most of the worst merchant site they never send the item on time but are dam liers to to which the bona-fie customer has to undergo harrasment.
Please note that i am regular buyer from merchant site future bazar,letsbuy,ebay, Home shop and other marchent sites but i never face such difficulty with them as they are very active,always there to help
and responsive, when one call or email abovesite he got instant reply but in your case there is no any appropriate authority to contact save and except the customer has to rely upon you one and one email id [protected]@buytheprice.com and one customer care,
There is no appellant authority or any other concerned phone numbers or contact details.
Anyway i suggest you that change your working culture, and dont tells continues lies once you lost trust and confidence of the customer else nobody will dare to buy from your site.

detail-
we are three frens at our room and we all purchased the coupans from khojguru with their own e mail id and ph no.....and i ordered 3 phones from all of those coupan.........from my id and my name so that we all can recieve the phone at the same time .....on 1st of march....and when i called them asking the status they said that it will be shipped on monday....and then yesterday they called me saying that your 1 order will be processed because u has used the discount coupan.....but they dont know that we had buyed coupan from different id and phone no which was written on coupan policy.....now they had taken my payment and doesnot dispatching my product............very bad service......
i dont suggest u guyz 2 shop on this site.......
and futher they said that only 1 person can use 1 coupan on one id for this they should be written policy and after taking the order they are saying that....

dont know what to do,......

My name is Kalyan and I am from Vizag. Though I knew that the site buytheprice.com is a fairly new site, I got tempted to order a Black & Decker DCM 15 Coffee Maker for a very low price. I ordered it on 20th Jan 2011. Waited for 4 days to know the status and then started sending emails to the listed email address on their site. No response.
Then I called up the customer care number and spoke to a male executive and he told me that they are presently out of stock and would be despatching it that day - 24th Jan evening by 5:30 PM. I call them up after 6 PM and they tell me that it is not yet shipped.
The next day I call up in the morning again and another female executive answers the call - tells me that "sorry" and it will be shipped today evening - Same farse again....Not shipped.
The next day I write a couple of emails - and no response... Got a response after another day saying sorry again... Here it is...
"Dear Sir,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.Actually we were facing
through shortage of product that you ordered for so by 27 of JAN we
are dispatching your product.And the product will be delivered to you
within 2 to 3 days.THANK YOU FOR TRADING WITH US.

I again call up and the customer rep tells me that somebody has miscommunicated to me and the despatch has not been done yet and will be shipped that day evening...

I call up this morning and a female executive tells me that she would get back to me in 2 mins. She calls up within a minute and asks me to repeat my order number. What a trash!!!! I tell her my order number and she tells me she would get back in 10 mins. It has been 4 hours since and nobody called me.

I replied back to their above email and nobody bothered to reply back...

I guess I would have to keep waiting to hear back from them. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy, waste of peace of mind....
