BWSSB — Reinstate domestic tariff from Partial non-domestic tariff

I had my house built in 1992 when the administration of the lay out was still under Ideal Homes Building Society, later on it was transferred to BDA and then to BBMP. In 1997 BWSSB upon making formal application regularized the water and sewerage connection to the house. Last year when repair works were undertaken the water meter reader promptly changed the usage to partial non-domestic tariff. The repair work got completed long back and water bill continues to be charged under partial non-domestic tariff, on inquiry the area inspector is asking me to provide various documents and charges to be paid which I feel is irrelevant and unreasonable. I want to know the exact procedure along with documents required and the charges if any for reinstating the domestic tariff for water supply to my house. Thanks and regards
