This totally fraud. They asking money for recruitment. I had attended the interview in campus few years befor. But direct meet company asking for money around 2 lakhs. I spoiled my carrer with this company. Truely bad experience. Dont go to this company.frauddddd....

I went yesterday. its . Three conditions,
1. 3 years contract to be signed.
2. 1 lakh fee for training(refunded at the end of training).
3. for the first year, your salary will be 7000 per month. In the 2nd year it will be 12000. 3rd year your salary is totally based on your performance.
Thats what they were saying. i dont think it will be good to stay with that company for 3 years. And i dont think they got good projects to work....

Most of them would have heard about 4i apps solutions private limited, Sholinganallur. Their poor HR Policies are below,
1) Eligibility for entry level candidates – Do you think Education or Knowledge???? Don’t think that, Candidates should be ready to Pay 1.5 Lakhs before joining.
2) 3 Years Bond should be signed
3) Candidate salary should be fixed RS 15000 for 2 Yearsbr...
