On 30th October the person representing Asshirwad Matrimony using mobile number [protected] contacted me with promises of good matrimonial proposals and convinced me to remit Rs 5500 to their YES Bank account no. [protected], and on 1st November confirmed receipt. Thereafter for the next 2 days he kept promising to send suitable profiles, but thereafter has stopped picking up my phone or answering whatsapp messages, and has not sent a single profile/proposal till date.
On 9th November, when they received the complaint notice from you, he sent several profiles asking me to withdraw the complaint, which I did, only to find out that all profiles were fake. Since then no service has been given and he has stopped responding again. I have the entire chat history since the day they contacted me for money, and a perusal will show how they fool and cheat people in the name of this matrimonial site which is totally fake.

My brother got a call from Aashirwad matrimony and sent 3-4 girls profile that was very nice .A company employee named MAHIMA called my brother and told that she will arrange concall with them in case we r interested and take offline service she will provide us their mob no and convince them but when we paid rs.2500/- for subscription she provide us only mob no instead of assist us .when we call on those no.person was not responding also .when we tried to call second time the person said it is wrong no.we called that employee but she ignore us many times .when we treaten her to complaint she began to be innocent that she has promised to arrange profile in 15 days but since we have taken plan we have not been provided a single profile. we are sure that the employees and the company is fake and trying to fool people and collecting money only.If she had been many selected profiles for us before taking plan she could have arrange for us later also.
stirict action to be taken against the company else they will fool many people.we want our money back and as well as to teach a lesson to them.

This is to state that I had taken a membership for matrimony with Aashirwad Jabalpur for my son's marriage. A girl called Madhu handled my son's profile, but before doing membership she promised me that there are many prospects and she made do a conference call with a fake profile. After I paid the matrimony Rs. 5000, she did not respond to my call and even blocked my Kolkata phone numbers. I kept calling but to no avail, I then sent a message to refund my money as I belong to a middle class family, but she did not respond. After 2 months I called again then a girl called Riya responded to my call and said that Madhu had met with an accident and that she will handle my case, but now there is no service from them and I am telling them to refund my Rs. 5000, which they are not. This is to inform you that Aashirwad matrimony is a fraud company and no one should take membership.

Kindly help as I m facing a very serious concern with the Aashirwaad matrimony, jabalpur, On April 2016, miss neetu staff of aashirwaad matrimony have fraudly taken a 3500 rs from me, as I searching bride for my brother, we have given a add in DAINIK JAGRAN NEWSPAPER, miss neetu has taken my number from newspaper and called me that I have very some gud 'RISHTA" for your brother, we are talking from "Aashirwaad matrimony", kindly submit 3500 rs in my bank account.We deposited the money but when I talk with Bride mother then we came to know that its a fraudial manner of taking money, after that we are continously talking to Miss Neetu, that pls provide gud rishte for my brother, but she continously saying that I will tell you today or tommorrow, we will provide you a ID & password in which you can search bride but it is totally fake ID, my brother is not manglik, neetu is continously telling manglik rishte, after that she start misbehaving with me, all my numbers she have done black listed, she abuse to my mother and my mother is a heart patient, her health has became down after listening these words.Aashirwaad matrimony is totally a fake matrimony, I am a very genuine consumer and raising this compalint that I will get a positive response from the Consumer forum, Neetu ne meri maa ko bahut ganda sunaya hai, mujhse bahut gande tarike se baat ki hai, ye bhi bola hai ki jo karna hai kar lo, mai paise wapas anhi dungi, .Company like Aasjirwaad matrimony and Staff like NEETU is creating a "Gandagi" in the society.Kindly help me to refund the 3500 rs from the aashirward Matrimony because when we are calling to those person, they are cutting our call and using abused language ki nahi denge paise, jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo hamara..meri maa bahut bimar hai, mujhe paise wapas dila dijiye
