ace diagnostics & biotech limited — i have 200 share but company not give me response.

Dear sir,
i had purchased 200 (two hundred) share from m/s ace diagnostics & biotech limited' before 26 years. The date of issue of shares is 4-sept-1995, but they had not send any letterto me. And i had also complaint to 'securities & exchange board of india' and they
send regularly that your problem solve or not and they send last letter to me on 28-july-2004 from the india board.And 'ace diagnostics & biotech limited (incorporated under the companies act, 1956), regd.Office: x-24, okhla industrial area, phase-11, new delhi-110 020.And 'r&d centre :66, sector-18.Opposite hipa complex huda.Gurgaon. Haryana-122 001 . You will also contact to him to haryana.My share information -equity shares each of -rs.10, amount paid up per share-rs.10

My Father had purchased 1000 shares from 'ACE DIAGNOSTICS & BIOTECH LIMITED' long before on September 4, 1995. To date, I have got no response from the company. I had send several letters to the said registered office, as in the share certificate, of X-24, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110020, but to be returned.

My share information: Shares applied 1000, shares allotted 1000, amount paid on application Rs. 10000, Folio No. 3280, Distinctive Nos.[protected], Certificate Nos.[protected].
Name of Holder: Suraj Singh

Please advice what action has taken SEBI against such type of company indulging in fraudulent activity. The share has not been listed in BSE/NSE nor has the company given back the money (with interest) to their shareholders. What is the future plan of action of the company in this regards.
