I had purchased online office 21 professional key from actsoftware. Afterpayment I have not received any key not email from them. my money has been deducted from my account.
my order number is 58098 payment method PayUBiz.
please if possible refund my money or provide me a key.

I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. The site offers Microsoft office products, but when we buy them, we don't get the license details correctly.

The email mentions to use the login details and password which isn't provided.

I have purchased a windows 10 home from the website of actsoftware.net in which they provided with the info that they r providing us with the link and a key for the software where we didn’t got any links related to the software. Kindly provide us with a solution.

It is scam website, I checked the website thoroughly after buying and understood it's sacam website. No social media links are working and no support page as well.

I have ordered Microsoft office 2021 professional plus from Actsoftware.net. I paid 699 rupees for the same. I received download link and software was downloaded. How ever as mentioned in the description that product activation key will also be provided. Its been 10 days I havent recieved any product activation key from.
It seems their sole intention is to fraud and cheat customers through online mode.

They sent a mail which work for 2 days Later it stop working ...

I have placed an order for Office 2021, received an email with the product key, but that doesn't work and give an error message. I have used their contact form but no help to date, Also they do not have any contact details where i can call them.

After paying 549, they sent the fake product key which is invalid/used. I cant reach them as they don't have any customer support. Can anyone share contact details?

I paid for Office 365professional plus software 5users by paying Rs. 549 and I don't receive the same.
No reply to my mail to their support service but no reply.
When I wrote about this in their site's software comment section, within seconds it's deleted.

I bought a Window 10 Pro key from this website . They immediately sent a key in mail after payment, but it seems a fake key as Windows is not accepting the key for activation.

There has been no response from their support. There is no contact mentioned so we can reach.
