I have purchased the Microsoft Visio software from the actsoftware.net and paid the specified amount Rs.549.
After payment, I have received software download link, but not Received License key for the software activation.

I have raised a complaint on their website, but didn't get any response.
Seems like they are cheating customers by just sending the software link without License key activation...

Paid @4950 for Microsoft office 2021 home business Mac. No product key sent and not even replying to mails. They should be shut down m, with harsh punishments. As these money earned are hard earned money and they have no right scamming people. Raised a dispute with the bank. In worst case will raise complaint with the cyber cell as well...

We made a payment of ₹699 on 14th January for purchase of ms office professional plus 2021 to actsoftware.net. We received email from them on 16th January with link to download the software and submit installation key. We have not received confirmation id from them to activate software....

Recentally I purchased MS Office 2019 Pro version for my office, I place 6 order individual for MS Office, after some time some problem are occur in software and some features not work properly I contact Actsoftware Team but not any type of respone from Team, I totally disappointed from service. I recommend that you not purchase any software from this site. This is Fake site and big scam.

I purchased an office 2019 product key order no. #86507 dated April 10, 2023 from ActSoftware.net, and I tried activating it, but it says product key is not valid. I tried activating via telephone but could not activate it. I would like to askt ActSoftware.net to give me a phone contact with them so that I can talk to them and resolve the problem....

I paid Rs. 549 for MS office license. I just got a dummy email without license key. They are charging common people with hard earned money. Please complain to cyber crime and make sure they are punished.

It is one month i pad the Office 365 Lice3nse and they respond saying that the keys are sent, but they dont actuyally, looks lioke it is a fake company, requesting you to please inform the company details to cybercell india.

I did the payment successfully for the Office 2021 Professional Plus License key 8 Feb 2023 but I haven't got the Licence key or activation code yet. It's already more than a week. I purchased a product key for microsoft 365 from actsoftware. They said within few minutes the apps will be downloaded. But tgsi has not happened yet

In their website they have mentioned after payment they will send license key to mail id. But till now i have not received. I enquired through mail but no response from them and tried called phone number available in their website but it was switched off since yesterday. It is scam website, I checked the website thoroughly after buying and understood it's sacam website. No social media links are working and no support page as well.
