In July, they have taken 16000 rs and told me that if within 1 month, if i didn't got any offer letter, then they will refund my money, but after so many excuses, they switched off their contact number.
I want my money back.

I am also the same victim on 9 November 2021 my interview sechdule one telephonic round one face to HR ROUND il give 10k he tolds me meri joining Max hospital Mein hogi. Since 6 months hogye hai koi call na koi joining it’s a totally fake and fraud organisation... police can take legal action towards fake and fraud my one employee ROHAN[protected] isse baat hoti thi iske khilaf FIR file karni h totally fraud kara hai please help me...

It is very sad to inform you have i have been scammed by an Organisation MS Acutech Services which is located in Netaji Subhash palace . On Dec 7 i got a call from an unknown number and my resume is shortlisted for the interview and she sent me the whole address (screenshot attached). As soon i reached there no one was standing at the corridor I doubted than but i was eager to get a job.
They charged me 15000 for the interview and have told me to give the details and documents too
The day i send them the documents they just disappeared.
Then i send another mail regarding refund and in reply they said the amount will be refund to me within 45 days but they always gave me excuses and another dates for refund but it I haven’t got my money back. Mobile Number given by them is [protected] which almost all the time is switched off
This is a hard earned money which i lost .

Please help me to get my money back .

The company called me for an interview in Aug 2021 for a teaching job. Then they interviewed me and take 3000Rs for me as the registration charges. Then played over me and I got trapped. They promised me to provide a job and take 7000Rs from me as a security charge. They always delay their process whenever I called them. I request them for a refund, But it didnt get a single Rs till now. All their contact numbers are switched off now. I want to grab each and every member of this company. Help me.

Me n my sister has given money of 11k each for job . We are doctors n they called us for interview n asked us for 4k first then asked 7k for aine registration fee n all now there phne is switched off we cannot reach them n i guess there office is closed. Anyone who can help us please show us some way to get our money back

I am varsha belongs to ambala haryana. On 18th dec 2021 I got a call from vedant Sharma(acted as HR from Quikr) and told me that my resume had been shortlisted for teaching post and schedule my interview at 806, pearls best height-1, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi on 21st dec 2021. I reached there and HR kashvi took 1st round of interview. After that she asked me to deposit 13000 as security amount and after that she conducted second round of interview which is telephonic with the HOD of few schools. After that round HR kashvi told me that I was selected and I have to mail my documents through mail([protected]@gmail.com) and asked me to wait for 15-20 days for verification of documents in the school and told me that I will get mail after verification directly from school. But I didn't got the mail from school. I was coordinating with them with a no provided at the time of interview and also got letter from them. A boy named Rohan always picked the call. He told me that my verification has been done and I will get joining date soon. Then I got a mail from [protected]@gmail.com and they give two joining dates to me which were in March Nd April 2022. I asked Rohan that I can't wait till then please refund my amount. He told me that drop mail of refund to [protected]@gmail.com and amount will be refunded. I dropped the mail and they replied that I have to wait for 20-30 working days to get the refund. I waited for that time. And now on 1st March 2022 30 working days are completed. They are neither replying to mail and their no are switched off..even no of Vedant Sharma who contacted first are also switched off. This money is my hard earned money please take legal action against them..they did fraud to many people. I am attaching screenshot of chats and mails as proof.please help me in getting my money back.

नोट : Acutech Team- Hr ने मेरे साथ झूठ बोल कर अमाउंट डिपॉजिट करा लिया. आप लोगों ने मेरे साथ धोखेड़ी किया है, या मेरे जैसे कितने छात्र के साथ कर रहे हैं। हमारे विश्वास के साथ आप हमारे परिवार का इमोशन के साथ खेल रहे हो, आपके कमेंट की वजह से अन्य कंपनी ज्वाइन नहीं की. पंजीकरण पर्ची पर कोई भी GST NO. नहीं, इतना बड़ा राशि आप लोगो ने किस आधार पर जमा करा लिया। या अब मुझे रिटर्न पॉलिसी के नाम पर बेवकूफ बना रहे हो, आप लोग पूरे दिन कितने बच्चों के साथ ऐसा करते हैं, भारत सरकार GST NO. या INCOME TAX वाले को भी धोखा दे रहे हैं साथ में। बीना कंपनी बैंक अकाउंट के अलावा अदर बैंक में पेमेंट डिपॉजिट करा रे हो। अगर मेरा अमाउंट रिटर्न नहीं मिला तो मैं कानूनी कार्यवाही करने के लिये मजबूर हूं।

अत: आप से फिर से अनुरोध करता हूँ, की आप मेरी समस्या को समझे।

I was contacted by Atharv Sharma via shine.com and my interview was scheduled on 20th of January and he had given me the address for interview at Acutech Services pearls best height-1 building office no 806, 8th floor Netaji Subhash place Delhi.After reaching there they conduct a roundup interview and then provide some hospital names for abroad and then I was asked to submit the amount of 5000 rupees which I pay after telephonic interview and after interview they ask for 25000 amount for document verification at same day and I submit 30000 (thirty thousand ) in total which I thought they are talking about dataflow but after some days I told them them provide me the dataflow or document login id in which they send me some agreement form which I filled there and was supposed to wait for 20 days for offer letter but after 20 days I didn't recieve any offer letter .Then I told them it's not working from your side and I drop a refund application till date they are neither recieving any call neither there number is working they provide me the number of mr Rohan Sharma .
After contacting them on email they are repeating same answer your amount will be refunded asap but till date I didn't recieve my amount of thirty thousand (30000).
Please help me out

On 14 Dec 2021, One of the HR from Shine team (HR Ishika Sharma) called me for interview for WNS and IBM. She confirmed that the interview is scheduled on 15 Dec 2021 at Office 806, Pearls best Height - 1, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. when I reached there Geetanjali Sharma take one HR Round (Face to Face) Then one round Telephonically with IBM HR. so total two round of interview. after the interview they told me there is a registration fee of 5000 which I have to pay as I have given the interview. Then they said there is Service Agreement charge also which is 15000 for confirmed employment. I pay both the amount as I am in need of that job. after receiving payment they said now you have to send your document by mail (which I have sent to Rohan Sharma on 15 Dec 2021) and after document verification (which will take 15 days) you will receive your offer letter by IBM HR. at that moment I was very happy as everything looks so good. They offer me a salary of 75000 and a pay band hike also and location is Gurgaon. but before these 15 days they again call me for training amount which is total 30000. at that moment my all funds are finished so I arranged 10000 from someone by borrowing and paid 10000 on 18 Dec 2021. but on 30 Dec 2021 they again call me for rest 20, 000. In total I have paid them 50000 and they have given me a receipt of 15000 only. also I haven't received any mail from IBM. I have attached whatsapp conversation with Shine HR Ishika, Mail conversation from Rohan and a receipt given by them (Geetanjali). Please help me My money, My career and my job all are in stake. I am the single earner of my family, My husband is bed ridden and I have a kid. it will spoil everything of my life. I just want my money back as now my husband is in hospital in very serious condition I need urgent money. I am just requesting to refund for my amount. please help me, I need urgent help.
