I booked matrimony ad booking id is 6811887 but not published...

I have paid 1260 rupees for a text ad to be published on 19th of August 2023 in munsif paper It was related to Unani Treatment, amount was deducted 3 days ago and they confirmed that the ad was booked. But when I see today news paper i.e. August 19th 2023 my ad is not published. When will I receive my amount, refund ?...
