When i was about to cross the road signal changed from red to yellow. On this star bazar signal there is no timing option. No number of seconds left are visible on signal so you dont get idea when signal will change from red to yellow. However as soon as i saw signal changed from red to yellow i stopped my car. I stopped my car at white line. After a moment i reversed my car and stand behind white line. But in this within a minute i got challan...

I have got wrong memo. I already paid for it without seeing the date so i want my refund. They have given the memo of 13 august 2022 but on that day i didnt drive my vehicle as i was out of ahmedabad. Then also they are giving me memo how is this possible. They havw also not given the memo images.so please solve this.

This is to request you that I got an E-Memo for Red Light Violation, but I'm very sure that when I was passing through the traffic signal the green light was on at that time and other vehicles were also passing through the signal along with me.
