Fake call center project
The same owner runs AL-Azila and GreenPenn both. It runs by Neeraj Goel and Manish Pillia. They don't have any projects and I am not sure people posting positive comments can share their number or centre. Because whenever we asked form Neeraj goel about the reference center they never replied or any positive answer came from them. According to them they conduct clients round with agent but actually they are not the client they are from Al-Azila employee only who takes round. They keep on rejecting agents so the process can be delayed. We have taken the Canadian telecom inbound process but after canter was live we never received a single call. We have taken Rogers telecom later after doing some R&D we came to know rogers never outsource same goes for process like Netflix they mentioned about KFC also these company never out source its a clear scam.

We faced simillar problems with Al Azila. They have run away with a lot of our money as dues for services provided. Now we have come to know that they have shut down Al Azila as well and our legal notices to them have returned stating that there is no one on their address. Trying now to find their current addresses and to serve legal notices to them.

We faced simillar problems with Al Azila. We ran projects for them of a UK company called Synthesia and one domestic and one international project for a co called Demand Up International. They turned out to be frauds. Kept delaying our payments on one excuse or another, then stopped answering phone and Emails and then total silence. They have run away with a lot of our money as dues for services provided. Now we have come to know that they have shut down Al Azila as well and our legal notices to them have returned stating that there is no one on their address. Trying now to find their current addresses and to serve legal notices to them.

Al-Azila, formerly known as GreenPenn Outsourcing Business Advisory based in Pune is a total scam. We had bought 3 projects from them throughout September, 2021 to December, 2021 - a UK Chat Process, NETFLIX Customer Service and LINKEDIN Martech Process.
