Recently we purchased a car, from the car dealer, "Elegria holidays sadhuranga vettai team" got our mobile numbers and invited us for the free coupon in a hotel(That may be any hotel in chennai), then they started explaining the things, they will say anything to pay for buying that stupid garbage. they will say the offer is expiring today so they will ask us to pay the full amount by today. They will mesmerise you by their speaking, Deepa, Vignesh, keerthana, praveena and goes on. Vignesh a lean tall black guy did Phd in cheating through speaking. After joining the membership, From there they will just postponed our request, each one will point out differnt persons and kept on moving and search for thier prey. Yes i too very shy and feeling bad at me, I am also a partial responsible for this. If we are not greedy then who can cheat us.
Nice lesson for 50 thousand rupees. This was happened three months ago. Did anybody got their money, kindly contact me through this mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com

This is very pathetic and lake of support we are not interesting to continue with the Alegria holidays. Your team have invited us for a meting. We have refused it so many times, but they have kept following us and we also came for the meeting. On that time they have given lots of commitments which were usable for us. We also paid immediately INR 35400 through my SBI card. After that we have requested some support from your team. But there was no proper response from your end. Again we tried your team for room booking on last week, after so many follow-up, there was no support.

After that much follow up your team have informed us that no rooms were available at that point of time, whereas we have informed about our plan earlier. However we have arranged our accommodation within 10 mins after that. Then what is use of the enrolment and the payment with Alegria? We are not expecting this kind of response from such a big organization, also your team don’t have any idea to handle the customer.

As mentioned earlier we have not got any proper response and support from you and your team. We have not utilised any benefits from your company which you have highlighted during the payment time and you have also not provided anything to us. So we are requesting you to cancel this and return back my payment of INR 35400 without any further delay. Once again I am requesting you to support and return the money. Thank you.

Already we wasted our time by trusting Alegria, so don’t delay further and please return our payment immediately. We are not interested to continue with this kind o[censored]nsupported team.

On 25th July, 2022 when I went to their office in Kodambakkam, I was given a false commitment by their staff one Ms.Keerthana. She initially told me to pay Rs.5500 which was enough to become a member. After payment she went back from her commitment and demanded more and more money which I refused to pay. Also I insisted upon meeting their higherups which she told that there was none and she alone handle the registration formalities. Though I hold a receipt for having paid Rs.5500/- the company is refusing to return back the money. Request the public to be careful before entering into any deal with them

Please be cautious with the alegria holidays membership. While they are marketing they will give wrong commitment. Once you paid the amount they will vanish and they will send some other people to convince you and you will not get back the money too. They promised me for the gym but they couldn't able to keep up the words and also the coups are really waste.
