Nowadays I've seen that many private companies ask for PAN & Aadhar numbers in their career website and/or form in employment forms.
It is fine if I'm selected by the company and I've to submit the documents for proof but just to apply for job it seems suspicious.
Why is it mandatory to provide my PAN & Aadhar numbers when applying for a job?
This is serious issue as this data can be misused by them.

I just wanted to take your kind attention to the bad condition of the roads and drainges at (Thubarahalli) is very worst. added to this the garbage is dumped in the vacant site and on the road to make the matter worst.
