I am lodging complain about allianz health preventive heathcare. They were previously known by the website aho.org but now their website is http://ahomedihealth.org
I bought plan for 3 family members a year ago. Actually one executive repeatedly called me about the preventive healthcare plan. At last i bought that. Initially i was going for 2 members, me and my wife. But executive told me that i should go for my about to be born baby. I agreed with him and bought for 3 members for 3 year plan.
Now they reject medicine bill of syrups and sachets which my baby consumes on doctor's prescription. As all o[censored]s know babies can't consume tablets and capsules. So i now assume that any bills for my baby will get rejected which comprises of syrups and sachets. Actually it will continue upto her age when she starts consuming tablets and capsules.
The biggest fraud thing about them is that "at the time of buying their product they never told me that syrups and sachets would not be reimbursed"

fraud & cheating company - refusing to reimbursement of bills

I have taken policy of allianz health care in last year
Last week i submitted doctor consulting (Ivf treatment) bills of rs. 76000
And medicine bills of rs. 42191 to allianz health
One week i daily send reminder for refund status, but did not get any response from their side
When i called them to know the status
They clearly refuse to refund the payment by saying this is not covered in your policy
When i said at the time of taken policy i specially asked about the treatment
Then i purchase the policy, they said do you have audio recording of our commitment
Even on time to time i asked from their customer care to confirm that ivf treatment covers in your policy they always said yes it is covered
I am really shocked how they can do this
They always forced to do lab test or purchase medicines from their labs or medical stores
When i asked to give your office address and concern person name to whom i can meet they did not provide me the details

fraud & non - refund

Allianz health is a fraud company which doesn't comply its promises.
I purchased 3 years plan by paying inr 13000/- and got a cover for my family on 16/0/2017.
They given me the offer of 50% off on all blood related medical tests and 25% off on rest of the medical test from any lab across india.
When i submitted my bills to them they refused to reimburse the bills, saying that they din't receive my bills on mail and told me send us the bills again and they were supposed to reimburse the bills with in 48 to 56 hours but they din't reply to me for next 7 days, then i called them back to know the status of my reimbursement, they said they will reimburse it @ 15% on medical tests and 10% on medicines. After long and so many discussions i came to conclusion i shall withdraw my policy as they have suggested me that with in 45 days of issuance policy can be withdrawn and money paid to them can be refunded. But they again refused to this condition also and started telling me that my policy is sold under promotional scheme which can't be withdrawn and they are not giving me this reason in writing so that i could produce that to consumer court. Such a fraud company and fraud people.
After discussions i kept the policy and asked for the refund but still there is no response.
And they have some girl every time she picks up the phone on customer care and that girl even doesn't have the manners how to speak.
She normally disconnects the phone in between even without listening to you completely and resolving an issue/ or without providing any solution.
Beware of such fraudsters... They shall be sent to jail for fooling people.

i have booked 3 cards from allianzhealth for bill reimbursement and discount.after 6 month he said reimbursement not given becuse they are limit but when i booked given me unlimited reimbursement 1 year with discount.on hospital bill.

Fake company and preventive health care policy

Allianz health - fake company and preventive healthcare policy - they are fake. Beware of them. Read on:
A few days ago i got a call from a lady who called herself mohini, and she told me about the plan, which seemed too good to be true. One can get complete cover for the family of 4 for availing 25%-50% cashback on any medical expenses, and they had a few freebies as well.
I am usually vigilant about all such calls, so asked her to send me an email as i was busy at that time, but liked the policy details.
She sent me an email with the details of the plan, but it actually went to my spam mail. It had come from allianz health. The first sign of being fake.
She called me after a few days to check if i had made up my mind on the policy, so i asked her why the email went to spam mailbox. She said it happens sometimes due to technical issues. And she immediately pointed me to her website to see the details of the company and the policy details. The website she shared was aho.org.in
I went to the website and noticed that there is no mention of any address on their website, a statement on the site indicates that it is based in faridabad. So i asked her to call me back after a few days so that i could check the details on the website.
When i checked their company domain, i found that it is registered by a person named naveen soni, at a registered address - l-51a, lower ground floor, malviya nagar new delhi, new delhi, delhi 110017, in.
Mohini called me today and told me that she can also accept the payment in emis and gave me the emi details options, and also confirmed that there is a 45 days free-look period. I told her that i would like to go for this policy as i wanted to know more about their modus operandi. She did not send me any forms to fill, and instead sent me a link of payumoney to make the payment of rs. 6000. The email which would have originated from payumoney, mentioned the email address as [protected]@allianzhealth.org. So i decided to check the website of www.AllianzHealth.org, which showed an under-construction website.
Mohini then called me to check if i had received the link and ready to make the payment, but this time by mistake she told me that her name was sania, and then she tried to correct herself by adding that she is mohini's senior and was calling to help me in making the payment.
By now i had enough of games with them and decided to ask the real questions:
I asked if their company is registered and if so, provide me the company registration number. To answer my question she said yes, our company is registered, and she started giving me the same url details - www.aho.org.in
I told her that it is a website address, and not a company registration number, and demanded that she provided me with the same. She didn't know how to answer that question, and started fumbling. I then asked her to share the pan card details of the company. This time she panicked and passed on the phone to a person who called himself rohit, and told me that he was the team leader there.
I asked the question again, if he can share the company pan card number. He said that no company shares the pan card details, to which i told him that all companies provide the pan card number on their invoices, which is a proof that they will make the payment of taxes on the amount they collect from me. I am not asking them any other details, just simple pan card number. I demanded as its my right to know who i am paying to and whether they're officially collecting the payment and then paying taxes to the govt. He said that, he will not be able to share the pan card number details.
Now i asked them about their irda number, and he smartly told me that they don't have irda number as its not an insurance policy. It is just a preventive healthcare scheme, and thus not registered with irda.
Then i asked him about the company registration details, if their company is registered with the mca, government of india - ministry of corporate affairs. He told me that their company is not registered with mca, but is registered with iso, and that they can give me their registration number, viz 9001. I asked him sarcastically if he was really serious. I asked him if he really was the team leader and if he really knew what iso 9001 was, and whether he really meant that it was his company's registration number? He was now nervous, and told me that he didn't know and asked me to tell him about it.
I told him that iso 9001 is not a registration number, it is a certificate that certifies that the company conforms to the iso 9001 standards. Then i asked them who issued them the iso 9001 certification, as there are many auditing firms who can assess the company on their processes, and certify them. This time he had enough and he hung up the phone.
That was the final proof that they're simply fake and looking for vulnerable consumers who can fall prey to their tricks and hand over their hard earned money. They will certainly disappear once they have accumulated their money.
The numbers they used to call me from are - +91-[protected] and[protected]. The number provided on their website is[protected].
If my report above helps anyone from getting saved from these crooks, i would be glad. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for sharing the information. I too got the call from them and I also think they are fraud. These companies make attractive offers so that you can be convinced and try to avail the benefits and not to miss the opportunity. That's why they call you again and again and force you to take policy asap that they are giving offer for today only or something.

They give us attractive schemes along with 4 family member cards and various coupouns. but once you enroll the policy and try to reimburse the medical amount. they will not reimburser the amount. even they will not pick you phone.

Fraud medical discount card allianz health

This is a fraud company.
They offered to provide discounts on medicines bill & other Doctor Consultation services but this all is marketing strategies.
Once you are member you will receive a useless kit that offered Free Medical test & discounted coupons for Center of Sight. No one is accepting their coupons.
If you send them scan copy of medicines bills. they are not replying on email & not picking the calls too.
Please stay away.

They are using Payumoney Payment Gateway. I lodged a complain to Payumoney regarding the same & informed them that is a Fraud Merchant & not fulfilling their commitment on 8 Jun2016. After escalating this issue i have received a reply from Allianz Health & asking line of treatment. i have shared the same to them then we have a discussion & Allianz health that Doctor is denying regarding your bills.
As per Allianz Health, they email the doctor to confirm but there is no such proof whether they email or not ?
There is no such proof for the same because i was not in CC in email. i informed him to confirm with hospital personally by visiting rather emailing him but they are not agree on the same.
in short. whatever you will provide they will decline the same & never reimburse any amount. I am sharing the email which i got from allianz health before purchasing the plan.

Thank you so much. You saved me from these *******s.They send me a mail from their email id '[protected]@gmail.com' detailing that policy detail. They don't even have a domain for their mail. After checking few links I told them you seems fake then they cut the phone in the middle and didn't call be back. I received a call from Nisha and Aniket (might be fake name).
Beware, this company is completely fraud.
Their site http://allianzhealth.org/ was online initially and now for almost a year it shows up "under construction"
I purchased the plan for 3 years with a lot of promises made by their marketing agent.
After a year I get this response when asked for reimbursement, the same happened to my friend.

This is really a fraud company.
They offer to provide discounts on medicine bill & other Doctor Consultation services but this all is marketing strategies.
Once you are member you will receive a useless kit that offered Free Medical test & discounted coupons for Center of Sight. No one is accepting their coupons.
If you send them scan copy of medicines bills, they have absolutely no justfication on how they calculate the refundable amount. Their customer care is absolutely pathetic. They respond as if I am not the customer rather they are. Highly unprofessional and rude (not all but most of them).
There is no guarantee when they would respond on email or do a refund. They have taken away my hard earned 13K rupees, and I now just feel helpless.
Please stay away.

They tried the same strategy to me also. They call initially from a landline no.[protected] and promised me the similar benefits. when I asked them to send all this in black and white(through email), they denied. Next day a lady SNEHA([protected]) and RAHUL SHARMA([protected]) (must be fake names) called me with these mobile numbers and convinced me and send me the payment link from Pay U money Payment Gateway but due to some internet issue the payment was not completed and I considered myself lucky.

Hi I have bought Health insurance from Allianz Health, they said clearly will cover vaccination charge and OPd changes as well. But when i have submitted bills to them they are not even reverting on that.

Yes, this is fake company & doing fake commitments don't trust them & even they are not support post sale & not reimburse the claims & also very very bad responses & irresponsible team in one word they are defaulter.
I was committed all vaccinations & OPD & EMI conversion of amount paid for the policy but since more than 3 months I am struggling very much for below points :
1) Still no EMI conversion & when I check with bank they told they don't have any tie up with Allianz Health it was fake information given to me.
2) Fake commitments for the coverage : Post claim now they are moving from there words & stating totally different way even not considering the words & commitments mentioned in mail which was sent via there own team.
3) Whatever the claim submitted still not cleared post lot of reminders & every time they are promising but no result.
4) Plan withdrawal policy : At the time of sale they committed well withdrawal policy but when i am requesting for the same due to dissatisfaction they are not reverting anything & proceeding.
At the last don't trust this fake company the worst experience ever i have.

Prajapati -Mobile No. [protected] ) would like to say to allianzhealth.Org that I bought a kit of Preventive Health for my mother named Balwanta prajapati and two children but I regret to say that after many time called on customer care No.[protected] and no any positive response received till 07.09.2016 time 02:56 P.M. What can I do ? Ii have been paid Rs.9, 000/- through my SBI card. I regret to say that my mother has been expired on dated 1st september 2016 at 6:15 A.M.(about) . But No any one contacted to me to give preventive health card neither sales man nor other person. I am very sad how can I claim him ?.

I personally have received several calls from Allianz Health and they disconnect the calls when I try to interrogate further. Please be careful. There are a lot of companies trying to make money by selling fraudulent policies.
