I have already mail from my different email several time but didnt got any response
My package from nike.com which is supposed to deliver by amarex is stuck in custom clearance as my billing name is SANA KHAN but my actual name is Sana khanam therefore i am unable to do kyc. I mailed them several time and also submitted a letter they asked for clearance but they didnt reply .

I ordered my shoes from nike I didnt know about the KYC. So I registered with my nickname on nike but now they are asking about KYC all my documents are genuine except for the name my nickname is from my full name itself. Please kindly help....

I ordered shoes from Nike. The delivery address and the address from my KYC documents do not match as I don't live in that property now. I live with my relatives now and there are no documents where in my name and the new address is present. Amarex keeps rejecting legit electricity bills and LPG connection receipts. So frustrating....

Aramex India has been one of the worst companies to deal with.
The staff are incompetent and does not know how to communicate in a timely manner.
