did not respond since 1996 regarding my share certificats of NRI quota. till SEBI involve ment and action letter from Govt. of India ministry of corporate affairs . Thanks to Govt bodie for action by which i received first communication from Amba.
Now amba says they have issued share certificates.(...

shares not issued /not refunded money
Sir ,
I would like to seek your intervention and help in my plead for getting return of my money from Amba Enetrprsies Ltd. Which co had promised to refund ,but I feel is cheated to the investors.Co has obtained listing permission from SEBI. and public issue was a success but till today no shares issued.
The name and addres of the co is as below.
