Unable to view start test button on dashboard. My money wastes. no responses from given phone number....

I had attempted AMCAT on 23rd December 2022 (Friday), with the registered email address [protected]@gmail.com. However, even after several weeks, I have not received my AMCAT score.
Furthermore, on my dashboard it is showing that I have not taken AMCAT. Whereas in reality, I had successfully attempted AMCAT on[protected].
My order ID is 10057172.
I have contacted with SHL also, but they didn't gave me any leads about that. Need help as soon as possible

I have given my exam on 8th may and today is 3rd june still not getting any update, they only want from us is the money only, they can't check there service, if you can't manage the company don't fraud on that name

Actually I was forced to make the payment of amcat exam and amcat premium through a phone call.I want my money back.So, kindly consider my complaint as serious and take the necessary action.

I opted for resume buddy services from amcat paying 589 rupees whose subscription should last till next year may or some month.
But unfortunately the services didnt even last for a month and its again asking for payment even though i am logged in to the account.

In the attached photo you can see that once i purchased the service, I was able to publish the resume and download it but no longer I am able to do that.

They simply charged me 580 rupees which is of waste.

I have scored good marks in Amcat exam. I have got 61 percentile in English, 71 Percentile in Automata fix, 98 percentile in Aptitude, 99 percentile in Quants, 98 percentile in computer programming. Then too I haven't received any response from any company. They are again asking for premium. They are saying without premium companies will not take you. I think that I have wasted time and money both. It was a bad experience in Amcat. Therefore I suggest everyone not to waste your time and money on giving Amcat paper. It is useless.

I have applied for slot on 18 Oct and due to some reasons i requested the one of the employee to change my slot on the beforehand she agreed with done.
But in my dashboard its showing your slot has missed. Can you please react and provide me another slot as soon as possible.

I got a call from Rakesh Kumar ([protected]) from Amcat who was completely unethical while talking.
He was talking very rudely and even questioned my professional abilities.
He also claimed that I am not serious about my career.
I told him that one of my juniors took the test recently, then he asked by making fun of me "Now you are taking help from juniors? "
He has no professional values.
He should not be called an academic counsellor because he was not counselling rather he was scolding, making fun of me and also questioning the abilities of an already experienced person.
If you don't know how to guide, don't call people who are already struggling in looking for career opportunities.
You are nothing but a bad influence and a demotivating factor to them.

He asked to purchase a premium plan or else companies will not accept my resume.
But non of the company he told was currently hiring.
I did unethically made me to purchase premium who services i never wanted. Because i already had though things with me.

I want my refund and action to be taken to stop them again from looting others.

I had booked an Amcat test on 15th July 2019 for which I paid Rs 974 . I had scheduled it to 28th September . They automatically rescheduled it to 29th September from their end. Now, I already had another test on 29th September so I had to pay Rs 413 for rescheduling it to my preferred slot. Now what is the meaning of booking the test and scheduling it to my preferred slot by paying Rs 974 if they reschedule it to any other day without my permission. Then again 4th November I got a message that my AMCAT test has been rescheduled again without my knowledge and permission . So again I had to pay Rs413 to book it on my preferred slot. I called on their customer care number which was provided on their official website but got no response. Then today I got a call from the number [protected] . According to truecaller the name registered on this number is Jeevan Bhardwaj, he called me saying if I don't buy AMCAT premium I will not get a job from an IT company so I complained to them regarding the automatic rescheduling of my test and how my money had been deducted so he said he will call me again. Then after 15 minutes I got another call from an AMCAT employee from the number[protected], he again tried to talk me into AMCAT premium but I told him that my AMCAT test is getting rescheduled automatically and my money is getting deducted due to their scam and irresponsibility but he tried to cover it up with his unruly behaviour and lack of professionalism . I told him, that I am his customer and it's his responsibility to address the issues I am facing but he said "you're a student, you should not be talking in this way" to which I replied that my money is getting deducted because they are rescheduling my test again and again to slots which are not preferred by me . Then I said I wanted to talk to his senior to which he said "haan baat karwata hun" but he cut the call .What is the meaning of me choosing the slot and paying for it then. I need my refunds. AMCAT is a scam. Espehe guy calling from the number[protected] lacks professionalism, shouted on me for complaining regarding my issues, worst behaviour.

When i booked the amcat they gave me a choice of slots and i booked my preferred slot which was 28.09.19. After a few days i got a message from amcat that my test has automatically been rescheduled 29.09.19 because o[censored]nwanted circumstances from their side. Now, 29th was not my preferable date so i tried reaching out to them but they didn't help so i had to pay rs 413 (Including gst) to reschedule it. What is the meaning of booking the amcat by paying rs 974 if they intentionally have to reschedule it on some day which is not preferred by me so i have to reschedule it by paying again. Then my test was rescheduled again by them to 10.11.19. So i had to pay rs413 again to reschedule it to my preferred day. This is happening everytime i book an amcat. They intentionally reschedule it to some day which is not preferred by me. I should get a refund technically due to such irresponsibility from their side. They are technically stealing money by doing this. Most importantly they claim that we can choose our preferred slot but they reschedule the slot to some other day without permission.

He is supposed to explain me about the services.
He have no right to shout on me nor force me to take the services.

Firstly he dont know proper english and he is talking in butler english which no one understands.
I listened him very patiently. He doesn't know manner. He doesn't even worth for the job he is doing. Very rude speaking,. Very bad of amcat. Worst decision to go with amcat.

He said that he have lot of work. Why did he called me and asking for services.
Worst services by amcat.

If i hadn't read your post i might have wasted more money on this fraud (I had transferred rs 717/- + rs 680/- and i had also booked flight tickets to pune, i just canceled them after i read your post, lost rs 3250/- for flight cancelling as well)
I got a call from a person with a story. The person who contacted me said, since i haven't given the amcat exam, he'll generate a fake score card for me, and using that i'll get the job in tata motors, erc, as junior engine testing engineer (Jete) (There's no such post) he sent me an email which consisted of tata motors gate pass, offer letter, and fake amcat score card, all these documents were sent in confidential mode (Which means i can neither download these nor can i print them). So i decided to take screenshot of those docs, now i;m uploading these documents.
I was offered a package of 27750 per month for training period and after 3 months of training, my package will be 4.81 lpa.

Guys, please beware, i don't usually pay any attention to these consultancies but this guy was a pro, he had this convincing power, that a guy like me got trapped and lost around rs 5000/- of my parent's hard earned money to a fraud.

I also have the bank details of this fraud, if anybody can help using that...

These people after geeting my payment of around 3000 for exam and also amcat premium, blocked my account. I have taken my exam one week ago and the next day the results were out. So i thought of applying for jobs and i couldnt even login to my account. I have mailed the from then over 10-15 times regarding my issue along with screenshots too. But there is no concerned reply from the other side. I even mailed them asking the number of technical support so that i can contact them, but there isnt any reply for that too. It is like fraud job portal. I couldnt get to have any number to contact too.

Recently while applying for amcat unfortunately mine admit card came along with my friend details. To resolve this problem we are trying to contact technical team and submitted a mail before 10 days but no response from their side. Atleast for cancelling my exam also not happening due to their negligence.in 12 days we are going to write the exam. Iam in helpless situation. Please consider this take action as soon as possible

I have taken amcat premium subscription for my mba level they given some products which are come under amcat premium they are prep-amcat, resume buddy, mock - ai. I taken this subscription so that i can give mock well which is replica of main amcat but all my money, time, hope gone because they all will expire in a month and the amcat people informed me that after paying amount still i'm ok with that but again issue came with prep-amcat which is mock for main amcat exam in premium subscription. I taken it for mba level but mock is having btech leavel when i asked they they told just give aptitude and give irrelevant information on their favor and when i approached the support same thing happened and they even didnt replied me properly and cut the call.

Paid the money and took the test on january 5, 2019, and they declared the results as well. Got the good score but when i am trying to apply for the jobs it's saying that "you did not take a test, please schedule your amcat". They are having a bug in the website and when i reported they asked to send a mail to their support team. So, i dropped a mail to their support regarding my issue and they didn't even respond to that. When i am trying to call their customer care, my call is being held for 1 hr and no one is taking the call. It happened for more than 4 times. Then i realized that i am wasting my time calling their support team. This is not acceptable at any cost. Need to take strict action on this fraudulent actions of the amcat.

I had tried booking for amcat test several times on 18th April and for 3-4 attempts either it showed failure message or the webpage just froze when I tried with my Bank of India debit card. Then I tried with an SBI debit card and the amount got debited from my SBI account and also I got the confirmation message successfully from amcat. But later the same amount again got deducted from my Bank of India account although in all the attempts with this account the transaction was shown to be failed or the webpage took too long to respond. So I was charged twice for the booking of single test to be held on 13th May (4-7pm). Please reply as soon as possible about how I can get my extra charged amount back. Amcat fools you for your money and moreover there's no scheme for refund or shifting dates of examination. They just want money that's all. I've mailed them for atleast providing the refund as i wont be able to attend the exam. But they haven't replied even once. Once they take money its game over. If i'm not taking a service why should i would have to pay for it. It doesn't makes any sense. They just charged around 1000

I am Imita Singha with ref ID [protected], and I gave a really good exam, and the marks were really great too. Except for the Quantitative Ability section which showed a -1 on the report. I had prepared extensively, and my exam was excellent, getting more than 90 percentile in most of the subjects. How can such a big organization be so careless? Its a matter of whole life's career. Shame on AMCAT for harassing us this way.

I have complained to amcat twice but it's just generating reference number and I didn't get any response from them. I have taken amcat in Sep 2013 in my college. Recently I extended my subscription till Jan 8th 2018.
It is said that one can apply for top MNCs after subscription but I haven't get any such mails regarding shortlisting. I have applied for many companies through amcat but I'm not getting shorted listed or not getting any call letters. What should I do now?

I made a payment of 1035 rupees and i have received a mail stating the payment done and the money debited from the account.

I had a chat with one of their customer service representative and he said wait for one day. I waited and again sent them a query mail through the website but to no avail. No response from their side.
I want the refund of that money as it is useless to expect a decent business from them.

I attempted all the questions of My amcat test on 11 sep 2016 but in my test report, the no. of questions attempted is very less due to which my percentile in 3 sections is very low. I think there is some error in checking because i attempted all questions of all sections. Kindly recheck my test or reschedule another one for me.

Hi, This is to notify all innocent students who are thinking of giving amcat test .Think thrice before you waste your money like i did.
I gave my amcat test in feb 2016 after that i was trying to book test for my friend and by default it takes my detail and test sheduld for me while i m trying to cancel this test bt there is no responce from amcat team .
i sent more than 10 mails but they don't even reply. they eaten my money and forget about job,
many oother students have faced the same case where they took the money, send us for test and no result declaration and no calls for job as they promise on their website.

I had booked for a amcat test on 20/03/2016, I had given the test, after the test i had received a main regarding my successful completion of the test. on the last friday(25/02/16) i tried 2 call amcat help desk number fr 5 tyms, each time i had waited fr 10 mins, bt no 1 received the call. then i selected the option that i havnt took exam yet.. & then disconnected the call, then their representative called back & asked HOW MAY I HELP U"?. i tld my prblm, & He simply disconnected the call.
on the same day around 4 pm i had decided 2 go the live chat option., & when i tld my prblm, he simply disconnected chat..
The company is only concerned for money, They dont even care i[censored] get job or even marks..

On 7th jan 2016 i have booked a slot for amcat exam.. money debited 2 times for one exam 831, 831 rs.. i have canclled one order id 01511520 of 831 rs and asked for refund of money.. bt still now i havent received any amount after contacting all customer representatives and mangers ..since today.. they are saying that moey has refunded again.. i have sent transaction details of my account to them bt they did not responding properly and giving me answer till today 21st jan..

I gave my AMCAT exam on 14 th November 2015 but did not get my result yet. my amcat id is [protected]. My examination centre was Andheri, Chandivili. I've mailed several times to the Amcat for getting my result but I didn't get yet. Toatally unfortunate! Perhaps, it is a fraud company. please deliever my result as soon as possible otherwise I'm going to file a case against you people.
