Logic Zest, sector 143, SAT-1, Flat 719. A major plumbing issue in the common area water pipeline was highlighted to the society maintenance staff through call and Mygate App. However, they started the repair work only after the issue got serious and discovered 4-5 breaking points in the water pipeline. The incompetent and unprofessional staff and plumbers could not identify the major issue even after 2 days and they keep shifting liability on each other. The maintenance staff is so unprofessional and ###, they keep saying our shift is over please talk to the next person in charge. And the next person in charge does not take accountability. They left the washroom area and flat in a messy condition without solving the pipeline issue. It has been more than 33 hours and we are still struggling with no water in the house! Highly disturbing and inhuman condition to live in this society!

I have taken admission in amity university but due to certain I withdrew my admission on 26sept. amity university is recognised by ugc and their refund policy is as per ugc norms. I have paid rs 85000. On 29 oct they refunded me only rs 52500. as per ugc refund policy any students withdrew their admission tilloct 2022 will get full refund fee. But amity university has only refunded me rs 52500. Please help me to get back my rs 32500 money.

I have completed my masters in GIS &Remote sensing from AIGIRS department, amity university noida and it's been 10 months and I did not get my security refund.
I think this is not the correct way of doing it its not a small amount it's 20k.
I hope I could get a convincing response..

My daughter simmi chhabra is studying in amity university noida 125 sector. She has done bsc (H) biotechnology and now doing msc from the same university. Her academic security fee has refund after 1500/- deduction in the amount of 20000/- but now her hostel security fee refund has deducted 8000/- in the amount of 10000/- showing that she stayed in hostel more days after three days of her exams has done. Respected wardon divya ma'am and chaya ma'am has mark for the deductions and they refund only 2000/- instead of 10000/-. They said my daughter stayed in hostel extra 16 days after free three days completing her exam so the charge 500/- per day they deduct 8000/- but my daughter has not stay more then 3 or 4 days extra after 3 free days but they are not listening. This is to bring such incident into your notice that university like amity noida is cheating with student and make them re-pay fee again and again even after timely submissions they do not provide results and certificates.

In my case what amity has done is mentioned as below:

i had enrolled under pgdbm (A[protected] (El) i had timely submitted all assignments for which i got acknowledgement from amity itself but in results they marked me failed because as per them i has not submitted my assingments. I have been escalating this matter to level0 to directors but seems like everyone is part of gimmick i am sure this must be happening with many other students and all of them must be taking pressure on mind since these fraud people simply marked us failed and ask us to re-pay the mentioned fee and re submit the same again in nect semester.

when i fought hard ms. Ruchi kangna from amity noida called me to university last month and made me sit with so called it head who is very much inefficient to find the gap as results they simply said it is tech bug as we do not have any records in our system for your assignments so my big question is why amity has sent me those acknowledgment and confirmations over mail. That means they font have reliable sources and system. They made me wait for 15 days. Again ms. Ruchi came upto me and made false commitment that she will waive off fee for re-submission and ask me to resubmit my assigments and i will get my results updated in 24 hrs since i have to travel abroad she will give me provisional certificate. I had to carry on with my travel so i accepted her commitment thinking that she is genuinely helping me out since i am nowhere at fault.

now last week i got this call by ms. Charu informing me about results and provisional certificate that i will be getting results in june and post that i will get my certificate,

Now my pain is why ruchi kangna made this statement to a student who has already proven that he submitted his all tasks within tat, still student shown trust by not dragging such fraud university into court and taking legal action they are playing smartly. I still have all amity mails that i never skipped my tasks and all call recordings where you can hear what ruchi kangana has to say and make students fool as they are good in trapping.

I have sent all records to ugc office simultaneously commissioner of police and education minister hoping anyone out there will understand my pain and help me getting my certificate.

I request you all to take strict actions against such fake people and universities there must be more cases.

I have done masters in business administration from amity university noida sec 125 in 2018. I have cleared all the subjects still i am not able to get the degree from the university. As per their statement, only on scoring 6.00 cgpa a student is entitled to get the degree, however this is written nowhere in the marksheet or the disclaimer.

I wrote queries to them as well but they are not giving the precise answers to my questions.

Please help me to get the degree.

I've been trying to contact amity noida e-learning department for months now and i've never received any response. I'm a student at amity noida e-learning studying bba. I've been calling and even sending mails but i've never received any replies nor is anyone concerned to cater your problems because who cares after you have paid the money to them.
I've a simple problem. I just want my cgpa to be updated so that i can apply for jobs. It's been more than i've been emailing them. I just want my cgpa to be updated. My career is at stake and they do not even care about their students.
They can keep the money all they want if they are so hungry for it. However, at least update my marksheet so i can carry on with my life. My enrollment number is a[protected].
Please help me resolve this issue. I'm in dire need. I'm really anxious and not in the right mental state after going through all of this because of the university where i have studied and which seeks to spread education. I will have to blame amity if something wrong happens with my career.

I arvind kumar of symbiosis center of management studies noida, have participated in amity youth fest's 2016 event called, "deal or no deal". Along with my team. We secured 1st position in the fest and the coordinators told us that we will be receiving our certificates within a month. We have participated on 18th feb 2016. When being countinously asked for certificates the coordinators kept on shifting the dates and now after 2 months the coordinators are saying that university is declining to provide the certificate.
One of my team mate got rejected from his internship interview because as promised by the coordinators about the issue of certificates my group mate has mentioned the event's name on his cv, but because of the university's unprofessional behavior he could not show up the certificate in the interview.

I opted 2 year MBA specialization course from Amity University, Noida. They have provided me the necessary login details, study materials, ebooks and assignments. The session was Jan'15 and assignments of 5 subject I need to submit in June 2015 latest by 15th day. I started preparing of assignments and completed by May'15 to submit online. Then suddently university online site shoing new assignments. I enquired and informed that i spent almost 3 months to prepare assignments how can they change that too without any information to student. I got apolozise message and they requested me that you are a banker and having vast experience so new assignement can be roll out within months time. Once again i start preparing and finalize new assignments and now when i start uploading site is not working properly. Mutilple choice question have no options and only question is visible on screen. I raised to authority on 9th June and request them to resolve so that i can finalise assignement before 15th June. I got reply that concerned technical man is on leave and hence i need to wait for next week. Hope fully they extend the timing of assignement. This is not such redicicouls, I paid 1.35 lacs for online MBA because I am having such a job that not able to do regular MBA course and now I am facing such negligence reply and attitude. This is vishal thakker here from gujarat.I registered myself for amity noida campus for my MBA course specialization in TELECOM HR, this is the course recently added in amity.now since 50 days i did not get my interview date.whenever i call them i get only one answer that u will get date in a week..also in the website www.amity.edu/aittm there is just the course name and no further information about the course..also whenever i talk with the HOD of Amity Institute Of telecom Technology And Management, noida he says u will get the dates soon...

And Amity is UGC recognized, so if a UGC recognized university does this...I just cant believe it...I have made a mistake but u guys n gals be aware...

Amity the so called Deemed University Sucks!!!
