UNAUTHORISED DEBIT OF MY A/C

Dear Sir,
Iam maintaining Demat & Trading a/cs at Anagram Stock Broking Ltd.Very recently they have unilaterally transfered shares from my trading to demat a/c and simultaneously debited my a/c by Rs..2600/- + amount from my a/c.On my request they are neither answering nor refunding the charges.
In the above context please advise me what shall I do and to whom shall I approach to redress my grievances.Besides please advise...
