Power Supply outage

I am a resident of Annaram village (Medak) in Hyderabad. We have a scheduled supply outage from more than one year at 06.00 am to 10.00 am and 02.00 pm to 06.00 pm, every day i.e.., for 8 hours a day.
This we can understand due to the acute shortage of resource, this has become order of the day.
Now I would request to kindly provide the morning session power, Since morning timing , we have to get ready our-self for the office...

Sir,
I didn't receive the electricity bill since 3 months. Even after lodging an oral complaint. they are not yet responding in this regard. Without giving the bill, they came and just disconnected the electricity to our home.
I wish you will respond properly in this regard.
