Dear Concern, I m residing at 4/2/H/2 Mominpore Road, Kol 700023. I want to file a complaint against animal cruelty. I had 2 kittens one male and one female, they were as our child in our home since 2 yrs. but suddenly from few days some of our neighbours started abusing them and assaulting them. And on 3rd July’21 one of them had picked up my cats in the plastic bag and took them any other place without my concern. The person who had done this bad things his name “ Ehtesham, Jamil, Musarrat three of them had planned and throw out my kittens including three new borns. It means they have destroyed 3 lives and 2 of them they have thrown somewhere . Please it’s a request do something for this cruelty, how come they can kill 3 new borns and it is inhumanity.

Dear Concern, I am residing at 5, Harisava road 4th lane PO Nonachandanpukur Barrackpore Kolkata 700122. I want to file a complaint against animal cruelty. My neighbors recently got a pomeranian dog and it seems like they are not capable of taking good care of their pup. They always tie and leave their dog on the rooftop of their house. The pup barks all day long and eventually gets tired. They tie her/him in the morning and unleash her/him late at night. The pup stays on the rooftop for the entire day. I do not know if they have provided her/him with even water or not. It's better for them to give away the pup to some more capable and caring pet parents and not make him/her suffer like this.

These AWBI guys are big fraud...they people don't work seriously and are running organization just to earn money not to server animals. They are least concerned about the
animal’s health; they only take action when some does a mistake of beating . .
. . These guys don’t work pro- actively they only work to show their power and
call police if someone does a mistake


Here is the scenario


I am living in one of the society in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. We have
so many street dogs in our society and couple of days back one of the dog bit
my wife and I came to know that there is an organization AWBI who works for
these street dogs sterilization. So I contacted there representative to take
some proper action. My continuous follow up for 5 days ends up with no result
and finally that lady shouted on me saying “Why are you are disturbing me, I
don’t owe you any explanation and I cannot commit how many days it will take,
you go and feed that dog, so that she can be friendly with you” . Even I explained
her very politely that my wife is having phobia from dogs and she cannot do
that. Also she has to provide pick and drop for school to my 6 years old
daughter.


Below points in my mind


They should have
reacted immediately when I report the incident
Even before my
reporting they must have done the sterilization to all the dogs in the area
Even after my follow
up no action was being taken for 5 days
Finally I gave up when
I got an FIR threat.


These guys are to work or raise FIR???


As FIR is the only work on which they are
working seriously because that show there power .

Please ask Animal Welfare Board of India - AWBI and Animal Welfare Division to Prepare Nation's First Public Database Tracking Animal Cruelty Offenders in the interest of animals because with out this database, all concerned enforcement agencies are failed to prove second offense against animals.
OIPA in India and PFA Haryana will appreciate if a website be launched for online registration crime against animals, updates as well till final judgements.

Support Public Registries for Convicted Animal Abusers
Greetings,
Our Country has good reasons to be concerned about the whereabouts of animal abusers, including the high rate of recidivism among animal hoarders, the various dangers to a community that are associated with animal fighting, and the well-established link between violence towards animals and violence towards humans.

Mandatory registration for convicted animal abusers in our Country would aid dramatically in keeping offenders away from potential new victims by alerting law enforcement and the public to their whereabouts, and by allowing animal shelters to thoroughly screen potential adopters for criminal offenders.

The United Nations affiliated non-profit the International Organization for Animal Protection – OIPA in India – www.oipa.org along with the People for Animals (PFA) Haryana – www.pfaharyana.in have drafted a comprehensive model system that would establish an animal abuser registry in our Country. To help reduce animal abuse and other forms of violence in our communities, we believe it is imperative that we pass this law. As your jurisdictions, we urge you to review the enforcement procedure of law related to animals read with the article 51 A (g) of the Indian Constitution, if you have questions or would like assistance and commit your support for an animal abuser registry system in our Country. Please take the lead in protecting our citizenry--and our four-legged loved ones--from avoidable repeat offenses by convicted abusers.
The Animal Welfare Board of India is a statutory advisory body on Animal Welfare Laws and promotes animal welfare in the country. Which was established in 1962 under Section 4 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (No. 59 of 1960). The Animal Welfare Board of India is going to celebrate its golden jubilee on May 23rd up to May 24th, 2012 in Delhi. On this occasion OIPA in India have decided to publish SOUVENIR, which will be circulated all over the World.
Hence you are humbly requested to send us your kind message along with photo for publication, it is further requested to please direct all field functionaries, enforcement agencies / Deputy Commissioner’s / Superintendents of Police / DFO’s to supply us the list of FIR’s / Action taken detailed report about animal abuse and killings since beginning till date with in their jurisdiction and the same information will be published in the Souvenir.
