Anubha Gas Agency Complaints & Reviews

From last two three the gas cylinder supplying agency is not providing us full quantity of gas for which we are paying money. This month we got only 22 kg cylinder against 30kg cylinder. And this is happening repeatedly I want you to take some strict actions because it is getting very bad as we are being getting fooled by these delivery boys everytime. If possible please send us new cylinder of 30kgs and get this 22kg cylinder back with you....

My consumer no. Cx 24350064. I have booked the gas online on 01.05.2017 and i have given preferred time between 6 to 8 pm. On 01.05.2017 the delivery boy contacted me and said that he will deliver in evening but till now he has not delivered the cylinder.. While he is telling me that after 2 pm they don't deliver.. When i have opted the option of preferred time then what is this matter.. Its completely consumer harassment....

Is it any rule that you can not give DBC on 31st dec ? As per agency "Anubha gas agency East Delhi", they said we can not make DBC papaer on 31st Dec 2015 as per IOCL rule. I did a lot request to him because i was going outside and if cylender required my family will suffer but they refused. DELIVERY BOY SUPPLIES LESS GAS IN GAS CYLINDER. AGENCY DOES NOT TAKE ANY ACTION.YESTERDAY ON 25/01/2011 WE GOT A CYLINDER WHICH HAS 10 KG OF GAS. IT HAS BECOME A ROUTINE JOB . WE ARE COMPELLED TO ACCEPT THE CYLINDER OTHER WISE WILL HAVE TO SUFFER IF WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE CYLINDER. Last so many month they are giving 4kg to 6kg less and they don't come with weight gas. when I complaint the agency, the person who come with gas they started behaving rudly. two or three times I had complaint to Anubha Gas Agency but there is no any action....
