Late delivery of gas cylinder

Dear Sir,
I have one indane gas cylinder connection of Anuj indane gas agency. Anuj indane gas agency stop delevery of gas cylinder, due to some problem. And they transfer them servise to Happy home gas agency.
Now when i called Happy home gas agency for booking my cylinder, they said within one week they delever gas cylinder.
After one week gas cylinder not delever by them. When i called back after...

I have indane gas connection of Anuj gas agency in vadodara. But Anuj gas agency closed service due to some internal problem, and there service provided by Happy home gas agency.
Now, when i booked my cylinder, He said within 1 week cylinder delever to you.When i asked him,why that much time required, he said due to fastival.
