Res Sir,
I Anupam Haldar have bookd Creta S+ 1.4 CRDI, Colour- M.Blue, booking date- 27.07.15 from Mohan Motor Pvt Ltd with Rs. 1, 00, 000/-(one lakh). To day they repplied me that Creta S+ 1.4 CRDI is not manufactured till now.They mail to me for refund money less cancellation fee.
Please Know to me approx delivery date. Other wise I take refund....

I am a bonafide customer of Anupam Indane Service, Gopalnagar, North 24 Parganas. Though there is provision for online booking, the personnel running the service centre very often play foul game by not booking online. On approach in person, it is learnt from them that no booking has been made though booking has already made online. Even after booking in person, the delivery of gas cylinder is unnecessarily delayed on some lame excuses like...
