Poor quality
Very poor quality of the construction.. There is water leakege in many places in the building, but builder is not taking care, he always make false commitments., no green area, no basement CAR Parking provided as mentioned in the brochure at the time of sale. Most area covered by commercials shops.. Which supposed to be a car parking.. Completion certificate not provided after 2 years of possession, no PNG connection provided, however payment...
