Sir, I am Nelson Herenj and my PLI Policy No is APS - 1322698L.My PLI has mature and I had taken a loan from PLI as well, due to which my bond is deposited in postal, I apply in July 2019 to take my maturity amount its been 6 months, my PLI BOND has not arrived yet, solve my problem.

Sir mujhe pli par loan ki argent jarurat hi. Maine aps wale se karywahi krne ko kahi to sab ne mana kr diya fir mi civil mi pli office mi ja kr apne bond or all documents de diye, or bola hai ki delhi se apke pass latter ayega. Usko le kr aana tak kuch hoga.

It is intimated that no[protected]p lnk bhim kumar rai of 1157 dsc pl att to ota gaya has purchased a policy no aps-810367-l pli for a sum assured of rs. 1, 00, 000 on 26 mar 2008 for a monthly premium of rs. 855. The premium of the oforesaid policy was recovered through pay of the above named indl and credited to pli fund. The date of maturity of the policy was due on 09 apr 2018, hence the indl claim the maturity of his pli policy along with the requisite documents i. E original pli bond vide 940 field post office letter no 940/pli-corr/fpo dt 02 may 2018.

2. It is brought to your notice that the maturity claim of the aforesaid, already matured policy has not been settled down til date even after our repeated reminders.

3. Therefore, you are requested to give your kind concern into the matter and instruct concerned authority to settle the maturity claim at the earliest under intimation to this office as the case is long outstanding and indl is facing financial hardship for the same.

The following few lines for your kind consideration please.
1. I had a pli policy bearing policy no. Aps-ys-391687-m with maturity date 30 sep 2018.
2. After maturity of the policy, claim submitted on 30 oct 2018 in hq pli cell, new delhi, personally along with original bond paper and other necessary documents as desired (Copy of receipt enclosed).
3. It was told that between 30 to 45 days, maturity amount will be credited in my account. But after lapsing more than 2 and half months, neither maturity amount credited nor any processing status intimated to me.
4. Many times, i have tried to contact to ‘suvidha center (Pli cell)’ at flashed numbers in working days and working hours. But no one is picking phone in spite of continuous ringing.
5. I have already planned some financial issues wrt this policy amount. If i fail to fulfill the requirement in time, i will have to pay with interest.
6. It is submitted to your good self to credit maturity amount in my given account till 31 jan 2019. After that, if amount not credited, i will go for legal action for demanding compound interest on maturity amount since nov 2018 to date of credit.
7. It is further requested to your honor to expedite the claim process so that amount be credited before 31 jan 2019 and i will be able to overcome the financial hardship.

Sr, pli policy no aps - 713098 dt 27 apr 2007.
I have surrender this policy in july 2018 last yr, but still i have not recd the amount.
I am requisting pli cell that please credit the amout in my account no as early as possible.
I have written many letters but all in vain. Also i have written that whatever the amount u would like credit pl credit immediately so that to i would fullfill my needs.

In view of the subject cited above original case file of pli policy no-aps-565114-l amounting to rs. 1 lac held in the name of sri sanjay kumar jha vill-po-ratanpura, taluka-bhawanpura bhagalpur-853202, bihar is called for with doc as the insurant applied for maturity claim from bhaglapur ho-812001.
It is therefore kindly send doc against the policy to our office address (Bhaglapur ho-812001) at on early date so that the maturity claim amount may be sanctioned.

I khot hemant maruti my policy no - aps 349991l presently i ex servent, i opened policy in the 2002. I taken policy loan in 2008, my bond paper was deposit in rajsthan (Ganganagar apo). I did not repay the loan because of the problem of my personal, i arrived pension in apr 2017, i pension come the time my policy maharashtra (Post office - karad pin-415110) in transfer.
My policy is mature in 18/12/2018. I went to the post office yesterday to get my policy money off my loan. That time karad post office is seeking original bond paper for me only then will i get policy moey.

Aps-574620-l presently serving in 56 fd regt, i opened a pli policy in the year 2005 when i was trannis at 3 eme center of bhopal, after 2 month transferred to eme school, vadodara. But i did not get my pli bond, i also inquired from 3 eme center bhopal to send my pli bond to eme school vadodara, but i get reply that your bond did not received. After that i also raise a complain to your end but didnot get any reply.

Therefore, i request you pls issue my pli bond and send it to 56 fd regt c/o 99 apo, pin-735212. I will ever grateful at your end.

I, subhra kanti biswas have the honour to state that following few lines for your kind information.
On date 26 sep 2006 i opened a pli policy no.- aps-712260-a, class & sum of assured - ea/60, rs. 300000/-, monthly rate of premium - 1005/-, date of last instalment - aug 2030, date of maturity - 25 sep 2030.
For your some more information, i got retired from indian air force on oct 2009. Till that period the premium have been recovered from my payment. After retirement i paid my pli policy premium by cash till last month (August 2018).
But i got surprised, as yesterday (22/09/2018) i went to paid my policy premium including gst rs 1028/-for sep 2018 but could not paid due to cbs system still showing pay recovery.
Kindly look into the matters and do the needful as early as possible.

This is to inform you that my insurance no - aps275756l, i have deposited sum of 9290/yearly for the period of may 2013-april 2014. Pli receipt no. - a 19 dated 29/april/2013 by 781fpo.

Encharge of head post office haldwani is saying that amount is not deposited of the above period so unable to proceed the insurance policy.

I have been APS PLI policy holder since 2002. My policy number is APS 333137A
After my retirement from Air Force iam facing this problem . After I got my passbook by Post i have paid premium up to Jun 2018 at 934 FPO Secunderabad where as my policy has been updated in the system upto 2017 only. When I approached them they told go to civil post office or else pay online. I went to civil post office but they told we didn't get letter from APS . Now they told ur account has been migrated but not updated till date.
So kindly update my policy as early as possible to avoid lapse in my policy. Then only civil post office will accept my premium

I am ex sub vijayakumar, since 31 aug 2016 after my superannuation am trying to reach aps head quarters newdelhi to transfer my pli policies 894416l and 1376705l to my place even i have given an application for policy transfer during my retirement and recently i have sent an application through speed post on 03 mar 2018 with all required document but yet i did not get any response, more than thousand time i tried the phone number which given in the policy as well as available i n web site to reach aps like [protected], [protected] and [protected] its ringing but who ever in duty they are simply sitting and not responding to the phone calls.. What can i do now? What is my policies status? Help me out of this issue..
