1. Sir, i balvir singh was retired from army on 01 may 2012. I also taken the loan rs 24000/- in may 2005 on my policy no aps-nm-222944l, which is transferred to post office roopnagar, punjab. Pin -140113 vide your letter no aps-nm-222944l dt 03 jul 2012.

2. Sir my policy had matured in jul 2016. The policy bond was not found in post office roopnagar. They are says that your policy bond not received by them under your letter quoted above.

1. Sir, i retired from iaf 2016 nov after which i have been directed to pay my pli policy no : aps 909153-a dated 17 feb 2009 at apo coimbatore (Apo inside af administrative college as i have settled at coimbatore). But apo staff at af admin college told me that payment is possible only at dssc wellington or chennai. I contacted civil post office they also denied as they dont have the provision. Now i have only option to make it paid up policy as i was unable to pay the premium since jan 2017.

2.in view of the above, it is humbly requested to advise me how to go about the policy is to be paid up and claim the amount so far paid as premium along with any interest and bonus if any.

Was aps1566558-m whose monthly installment were deposited from my monthly salary. After resigning from service, in order to pay installments i require my policy to be converted to case policy. Now policy matured in aug 2016. Now I want amount from original place Delhi. Why I will suffer so much once fault done by pli office. Why not they will bring back policy to original place so that rectify own fault

R/Sir, I am having two PLI policies viz. APS[protected]M & APS[protected]M. In Jan 2016 I have requested you to change my mode of payment to CASH instead of PAY. Accordingly I have received your response and also received premium receipt book for both policies alongwith forwarding letter. But, till now PAO GREF is deducting premium from my PAY. When I spoke with concerned staff of PAO GREF then he replied that, they have not received any intimation/correspondence from PLI CEll. Therefore, I am requesting you to intimate PAO GREF to stop deducting premium from my PAY at the earliest please.

Dear sir,
I shiya ram mishra (Ex-serviceman of air force 666121-a) of pli policy holder aps-285325-a accepted a policy on 22.03.2001 under class ea/55 of 100000/-. This policy is transferred from 56 apo to ballia ho -277001 from 02.03.2009. Till today i have paid all premium in time/advance. Once checking online policy is showing lapse. It has matured on 21.03.2016. I have already deposited all documents in jan itself. While enquiry, there is no physical file along with them/ nor migrated to up circle.
All original document of claim has been sent by ballia po on 17 may 2016. Request, sir to process at the earliest. Please intimate me at below address/ contact no regarding status above policy.

I submitted an application to the Bangalore field post office about transferring of my PLI bond (BOND NO-APS-520926-L) on April 26, 2014. I requested them to transfer the PLI bond to THE HEAD POST OFFICE, PARAMAKUDI-623707. They told me that they will transfer it within a week. But the bond has not yet been transferred. So I lodged a complaint to the Post office in Paramakudi. They said that they had sent it to THE HEAD POST OFFICE, CHENNAI. But it seems that there is no action been taken in both sides. I already lodged a complaint in PLI complaint board but there is no response there to. Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter please and transfer the PLI bond to the requested Post office. 1. That sir, I purchased PLI policy in the month of March at Bandipur, Kashmir through an agent of PLI serving in Army at Bandipur Post Office.
2. Due to duty obligations, I was sent to forward duty location where no means of communication were available, due to which I could not contact to that agent again till date.
3. As per his suggestions, I have to receive my policy bond without any problem. But till the date, after completion of appx 5 yrs, I did not receive my policy bond and premium of policy is still continued without any break from June, 2009 to till date.
Sir, I request you hone’ble sir to kindly look into the matter and arrange to provide me the bond of my policy.
