HI sir, Still outstanding amount how much?

Hi sir, I am j munimma I am taking a loan in aptus value housing finance india ltd.loan amout is two parts 1.700000&2.300000 and the year is 2018 .I have pay the 4 years EMI still how much amount pay to overall in closing lone .iam asking he told 1. 750000 & 2. 35000 how it possible. I request to how much amount to pay overall closing amount

home construction loan sanctioned --but still not received check or dd --ref no auppal0027688

Dear Team,
I Thata Kistamma/Thata Sathaiah Applied Home Loan (Constriction)in Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd at Uppal Branch, Hyderabad on 15/oct/2018 but still now not Received any check or DD from his side.
We Given all documents to as per check list of Aptus housing finance, we calling so many times after that they will give a Sanction Latter on 31/10/2018 at the time of Sanctioned they will taken all my original Documents, Checks and Agreement.
My home constriction also 90% completed but they will not give sanctioned amount. Total loan sanction amount is 13, 82, 183/-
How much Time it will be take...This is not Correct for Your given commitment..Let me know the Clarification from your side.

I have taken a loan against property from Aptus Finance Ltd. Before five months. I was unable to repay the loan installments due to a heavy loss in by business. I am mentally depressed and during this situation Manager Mr. Venkatachalam forced me to pay due amount. I explained my situation. But he took a severe action of harassment by sending local kundas to my house and painted the outside wall of the house that this property belongs to Aptus and it will be sealed in a week and also had threatened the inmates. Almost everyday these kundas are there by my house to insult us. For my age of 64 I'm not able to bear this insult in a depressed state of mind.
As per the law the manager should have given a proper legal notice before any action but Manager Mr.Venkatachalam took his action Against the rules if Indian law and order.
In spite of complaining about this issue to Aptus customer care, again today dated 26th October 2018, the same branch manager and another staff came and threatened my wife saying to vacate in a week or else the house will be sealed with the property.
Kindly help me and do the needful in this situation.
I am claiming insult of senior citizen.
