These guys showed up at my door step claiming to be from aquaguard and signed a 3 year annual contract with me last year. They then told me that I need an additional external filter to ensure longivity of my aquaguard and charged INR 800 for that. We have taken Oriental Insurance for our aquaguard paying 8175/- for two years. Now within 3 months of the servicing the purifier stopped working and its been 4 days we are following up for the service but no response and nobody called up asking for the problem. Its ridiculous to have such a response for this company.
