I had paid advance of Rs.20000 to block a plot. Due to person reasons we are not buying the plot. However there is no support from the team - Kumar and Hariharan . They have the audacity to say that they wouldn’t refund the amount

I booked the polt in maraimalai Nagar in April 2022 and I pay the advance 25000 amount and then because of some issues we decided and cancel it and manager said with 6 months we refund that amount and past 1 month I try to collect my amount but still I didn't get proper response from your side .so please refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise I raise the police complaint...thank you...

Pls don't buy any properties from arun excello... Poor quality materials used for construction... Not genuine... They collect more maintenance charges without doing anything... Amenities mentioned in brochure won't come to reality after 10 years also... If you don't pay maintenance charges, a person by name hemnath will give threaten call stating you will be killed by arun excello management... With all this reality don't invest any hard money on this builder & promoter... Few photos attached to see how they provide facilities...

I purchased my flat in arun excello temple green, oragadam, chennai during the year 2010, but till date the builder never constructed proper amenities informed to us during the year 2010. Once if we ask the builder, he is threatening us by disconnecting the eb power supply, gas connection, lift facilities and to our life. Already we are without eb power supply from 10.11.2018 onwards to our flat. The builder is collecting the maintenance...

I have bought a flat in arunexcello karanithangal. After all payment they delay two months from their free maintenance then after forced to take handover later got sign when we come here to flat for checking it was leaking in the healing in bed room, hall not the rain water it the drainage or some water which is been used at the first floor. I was seeing this and went for complaining in head office royapeta no one response to resolve this issue then i got a reply from reception mentioning that no higher official all have been resigned. Then i came and send raised mail no one responses later they complete take six months to complete. Still now water leaking in window. They assured that we are responsible for rent the flat our flat keep was sleeping for long time no response. Last week i got the key from them because i know it's a waste of time now someone is calling from the arunexcello name arun contact number [protected] is calling speaking that i will disconnect the water line with a different language disrespectful. Nothing going to happen but my humble request don't believe advertisements buy any flats at arunexcello.

I have never seen such a company who asks full salary to the management for working 4 days. Worst Company in my life. There are no professional approach towards any new joinees. They will take your original certificate of 10th or 12th and make employees to under their control in work. Naukri should have an integrity such company in listing for their business. They will stick all over the walls about employee benefits and other advantages who will make you screw our life. Please do not recommend any friends . The HEAD HR Got a blast from me. I think he is used to it.

I’m Bala. My brother joined this company for accounts executive and submitted his original document. After joining he felt some health issues so he quit his job within 1 week. He requested his Original document to Auditor Mr.Natarajan, he asked to submit medical certificate and collect the original document, after few days my brother called to auditor and informed as he arranged medical certificate. The stupid auditor natarajan rudely replied I don’t know who you are I didn't seen you before in office, I never told you to submit medical certificate. Finally he demanded Rs.8000/- to get the original document. My brother called several times and visited office but he not getting proper response. Today 10.10.2015 (Saturday) he went to the office and requested to his HR. HR said this is company norms to get the certificate. My brother accepted and paid money Rs.8000 which they demanded. HR gave no due form to get a signature from his auditor. The stupid auditor Natarajan purposefully avoided my brother and not signed in no due form after getting money. he said I’m busy come later, come after lunch and later he said I don’t know you, Why are you asking sign? I never sign to you. He only demanded Rs.8000/- to my brother but now he replied like this. After getting big trouble he got his certificate. So guys plz don’t join here and don’t get affect from this kind of stupid people. There are lots of good companies in chennai. choose the good company. don't waste your time and career by joining this kind of stupid company.
