Mr deshmukh the Pramotar or Partner of Aryarup Tourisim and club & resort Pvt Ltd, promise to pay against the amount paid or investing Rs 8.00.000/- in his company. He didnot fulfill it. from 2008 I am in trouble because I had got this amount from money lenders from friends. I should like to know what action would Take against him. When my money get back to Me or Mahesh Davare.
