Dear sir,
I have booked the flat in 2013 and done the sale agreement in 2015. Builder supposed to complete the project till dec 2016. After 6 months of scheduled date, there is hardly 60% of work is done and there is no significant progress on the project. Builder is giving the false promises about the possession of the project.
We have take the loan from bob and significant emi is going.
Please help...

Regarding flat possession of 2bhk in jamtha galaxy wardha road location

Dear Sir,
We book flat in month of january 2011 at jamtha galaxy wardha road Ashtavinayak township project ,but after completing 2Years
there where no progress in township project We paid the 20% amount to developer till aprill month and agreement is made on 8-jun 2011
But he was not giving details of possesion of flat we visit ashtavinayak developer so many times bot not getting any positive...
