I booked a cylinder on cx no. 7204790 from ashu gas agency
Twice they cancelled my booking w/o any reason
N third tym wen i booked again n called them.. After calling them for infinite no. Of tyms they finally picked a call after 3 days n said that the boy is out to deliver my cylinder.
That day passed too..
N now wen m calling them again n again theres no response...

Since a year they people are calling us on every month for the second cylinder but every time they deny by saying that we dont have stock. SIMPLE WAY OF NOT BOOKING THE GAS IS TO NOT RESPOND ON PHONE BECAUSE NOT ALL THE CUSTOMERS HAVE ACCESS TO INTERNET OR KNOWS THE SYSTEM OF ONLINE BOOKING & PERSONAL VISIT IS RARE.

SO ITS THE SECRET OF THIS AGENCY'S SUCCESS.
